Matt Mills - SIGNED

Would be a fantastic signing. Its good to see Sven is targeting proven defenders, if all goes well we should have a solid back line this season.

To be fair they are one of the best for football reporting and football supplements.

I wouldn't touch it if you paid me.

Very likely we'll miss out on him also as the wolfs seem pretty confident. But, we're aiming for the right type of players and there is going to be competition for them so we need to expect a few knock backs along the way.

I keep having to remind myself that we have already signed 3 decent players, SSL looks nailed on, and Masiela is just waiting on a work permit. Not too bad for 4th July really.

No Bamba?

Only the nit wits think he's great, other than the goals at the start he's been rather hit and miss. Then again, that's harsh as our whole team was.

We don't have a strikeforce though.

But we have Waghorn!!

We start edlast season with Howard, Fryatt, Waghorn and Kermit.

We now have Howard, Vassel, Waghorn and Kermit (but he'll be gone).

Not that much different, we'll add at least a couple before the start of the season.

No Bamba?

Wouldn't be distraught with him at the back but if we can get Mills in, then no question that Bamba should be benched.

I think Bamba was built up too much last year and he frustrated me with madly appealing for offsides more than just tracking back.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but would he be our 2nd most expensive player ever? At £4mil.

Really hope this happens, gutted about CMS but getting Mills would certainly make up for that.
