I'm not saying it's been straight forward. What I said if u read it again is most of us don't know what's involved so who are we to judge. The fact that if Maynard farts it prompts 20 posts on here maybe give the illusion that' more has happened than actually has. We have bid. It's been rejected on numerous occasions. That's the situation as it stands. So his would suggest that a pretty spectacular bid is needed which I'm sure Sven etc are working on.

There is a bit more mumbling about Nugent's injury and Sven says: "... it may take more than 1 or 2 weeks". I think he was talking about Nugent's fitness and NOT a striker taking 1 or 2 weeks.
