MORAL DILEMMA

Imagine its May2012 and by a minor miracle Leicester City find themselves in both the playoff final & the FA cup final.

They can win only ONE.

Which one would you choose ?

Premiership promotion over playing in 6 cup finals and losing them all, or cup glory, european footy but anothet season in the championship. CHOOSE !!!

Get real - neither is going to happen in the near future

Leave the guy alone, he's only trying to brighten the spirits. A bit of unrealistic optimism never hurt anyone ;)

Promotion please. We can do the treble the next year :D

is the statement " just for fun " way over ya head ?? ;-)

The Cup. We've been promoted(and relegated) before. Winning the cup would always be in the history books.

FA Cup because league position is temporary whereas cup wins become a club's history.

And promotion next year!

I'm guessing this is not a crystal ball reading and just a bit of fun :P

Easy, FA Cup. Being in the Premiership means nothing in the grand sheme of things, it's a means to help us with winning something, which makes our status greater as a club. For us to have never won the FA Cup is embarrassing really. We'll be in the Premiership eventually. We've been there before and we'll be there again, and at some point we'll probably get relegated again. We've never won the cup before though, need to sort that out.

The Cup deffo, if we are good enough to win the FA and make a massive improvement in the league then with our money we would hopefully make promotion next season anyway. We could even save the likes of King and Wellens and SSL for Europa league matches

Anyone that chooses promotion is daft.

The FA Cup is the top of my list that I'd like us to win. The worlds most famous club competition and our named engraved on the trophy forever!?

No brainer for me.

Promotion. Whether it will be this season, we'll wait and see.

I wouldn't mind the cup as well, but the disadvantage is the players being fatigued from the Europa League games, and if we're still in the Championship next season as the only team in the division playing in a European competition (like Birmingham were).

I wonder what Middlesbrough fans would picked in 1997 winning the League Cup, winning the FA Cup or avoiding relegation? :giggle:

promotion at all costs.

more realistically, we'll be needing a point to survive on the final day.

The FA Cup, no contest for me.

Now if it was England winning the world cup, or city to win promotion, that would be different, it would be City all day long.

The FA Cup, I can't believe anyone would choose different. It's history and a major blot on ours that we have not won it.

Promotions and Relegations will come and go.

definitely promotion...

Much prefer to be playing in the prem week in week out than really exciting away trips to the likes of Doncaster and blackpool.

Winning the FA will not enhance our prospects as a team long term at all. Winning promotion to the prem will do... it will also enhance our chances of winning the FA cup in the future if we have better players at the club that promotion is sure to attract.

Its a no brainer for me.
