Webbo Posted 14 January 2012 Author Posted 14 January 2012 Actually the translation isn't much of a help. This is the bit they've put on TB; The first part of this says: "Urawa signed Japan midfielder Yuki Abe (30) from English Championship team Leicester City on 13 January. According to sources at the club, Abe has agreed a multi-year deal at an average annual wage of Y100m (about GBP850,000), and the deal should be announced officially in the next few days.
Happy Fox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Shame if he does go , but I expect NP to get a replacement who is better in quality
tyneside fox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 He can't go........He's not ate my DOG yet !!
Kitchandro Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 I wouldn't be bothered, he's a squad player. I just hope this means we'll be looking for another central midfielder.
bluearmyfox23 Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 If he goes we have no more Defensive midfielders!! Carnt they have Wellens instead!?
sphericalfox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 my fella in Japan said it was pretty much on awhile back. I had hoped he was wrong.
steveherbe Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 If true, he goes with my best wishes. Top man (no pun intended), I still reckon his goal against Ipswich was one of the highlights of last season, just to to see the sheer delight on his face. Good player without being brilliant, but he has one thing many of our squad dont. Passion! You can accuse him of not being good enough, but he always gave everything. I'll miss him, good luck and thanks Yuki.
sdb Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 I can take or leave it with Yuki. He's a bit of a cult hero but ability wise we can get better i think. I'm not sure this league's suited to his style anyway. We have lots of quite good midfielders. If we can lose a few and bring in a couple better, then that's great.
GBLCFC Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Shame. He always seems to put a shift in unlike some other players we have...
Mission Unlikely Promotion Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Good luck Yuki, thanks for your efforts in a City shirt
kingfox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 He can't leave, I will have a mental breakdown. Yuki is like my god
cambridgefox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 my fella in Japan said it was pretty much on awhile back. I had hoped he was wrong. sorry thought you said on a whales back(they do eat them)I like him although he never seems to bring much to the party he does simple things well and gets himself about,i was hoping for a few more goals .There would be a few more in our midfield that i would have liked to leave before Abe.
Finnegan Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Sell Abe, let Fernandes go back, keep Wellens and Gallagher. Ffs.
Topman Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 I would be peed off watching from the bench, not being brought on and see the pile of shite playing in his place!
sphericalfox Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 It wouldn't surprise me if he was on the bench for show.
Lambert09 Posted 14 January 2012 Posted 14 January 2012 Hope this isnt true...felt we missed him today
