Dyer magnificent today. If only he could finish, but a BRILLIANT display by him. We keep writing him off, and he keeps coming back. Thought Marshall was very good as well, and Drinkwater. Loved Bamba in midfield, unlucky not to score, outrageous skill.

Think Dyer deserves more plaudits,he came in for a hell of a lot of stick earlier in the season recent performances have been terrific and reminiscent of league one days.Don't understand your comment about his finishing unless there was a hint of irony in there? as he has scored some corkers recently

First of all much needed win today :) But Radio Leicester are making me laugh and a little bit angry. Why are they going on about bad refs for so long when we have won today , the ref made the right call at the re: Danns FFS .

And Alan Young is being his normal moaning self slagging the ref off saying he was wrong without even had seen the reply yet . Really hope he is not here next year.

Why are they letting all these ****** call in moaning about the ref when he as made the right call 90% of these callers have not even talked about us winning today .

Totally agree. The guy who just dialed in saying the same as you was bang on.

On an aside, love how they've interviewed the two most inarticulate players in the team.

How he wasn't given MOTM by RL I don't understand. He was head and shoulders the best player.

So was it a red card? From where I was sat it looked like they both threw themselves at it in the same manner but Danns got to the ball first...

On a side note, where are the Hull trolls?

I miss them like I'd miss piles after Anusol.

In a pretty tough game we played with a good team spirit and real intensity..........

Unrelated fact, Mills, Wellens and Gallagher all not present...... :dunno:

That is how I saw it, being in the Kop, couldn't believe it when the ref gave him a red. However if he did go in two footed over the ball it's the only decision the ref could make....

Miss against Blackpool? Miss today when Beckford set him up?Miss against Forest when he hit the post and bar? He's not the most prolific, but performances like today and I can forgive him. S'pose if he always hit the back of the net he'd be in the Premiership.

Not sure about Mills, but Wellens and Gallagher were injured. Unless you're insinuating that it's best that they stay away from the side lol.

Stringer has said the slo-mo video shows an off the floor 2-footed challenge.

It does. But it should also show the Hull player coming in at speed with both feet too. In my view Danns tried at the last second to pull out to an extent. The Hull player didn't, he was going too fast. I'd like to see it again, but there's little chance of seeing it on FLS tonight

If Danns' was red, then Hull's player should be too. Both went in 2-footed, fairly speedy. It's the Hull player's reactions which have got Danns sent off, I reckon. Referee was swayed slightly, I feel.

Not insinuating anything.....

(Actually I thought I was being pretty obvious....... )

As I saw it, both players dived, Danns was standing two footed over the ball, Hull player was more a slide - Danns deffo deserved a red, Hull player may have although I think he touched the ball whereas Danns never.

Peltier was lucky during the melee as he pushed his forehead in a Hull player's face & that also sometimes attracts a red... although given how soft his push was it would have been exceptionally harsh

Just got back.

Apart from two great goals and a great defensive battle in the last 35 minutes, it was a really poor game.

First ten, fifteen minutes Leicester didn't even turn up. Hull were so comfortable on the ball, it all looked so easy. They pushed forward and exercised an excellent pressing.

We couldn't cope with that and it is no wonder that the goal we conceded came through our right side, with Peltier and Morgan found out way too easily. And that by Matty f*çking Fryatt.

Peltier had his fair share of troubles in coping with Hull's No. 7, who simply was one gear too fast for him.

I thought we reacted well to Fryatt's goal, both Dyer's and Marshall's goal came in quick succession.

But after that, we faded again. Had no drive, no passion, no clue what to do with the ball. It was abysmal at times.

Hoof ball, sideways and backwards passes, Schmeichel kicking it into the sidelines - unlike previous games.

It turned out to be a drab last fifteen minutes in the first half. I was more disappointed than happy about that particular 2-1 lead at the break.

And hey, all the good intentions we had in the second half were killed off by a seemingly harmless foul and a tackle by Danns that touched the ball more than it did touch his opponent.

The red card was overly harsh and I do hope it gets rescinded. That was no malicious intent at all, they essentially simply bumped into each other.

I congratulate the ref for this bad call, because it guaranteed a tense last 35 minutes and I can't but congratulate the team for sticking up to the task and keeping that goal shut at our own end.

We even had a couple of chances of finishing it off 3-1, but sadly, Drinkwater, Dyer (twice) and Bamba missed from close to mid-close range.

Still, great result. We deserved to take all three points home and this win, coupled with some other results in the Championship today, has just made the whole last eight games a lot more interesting.

Bring on F**est!!

is that around 378 players we have had sent off this season now? lol

Almost getting as bad as Arsenal a few year ago... Playing nearly every game with 10 men, although we are clearly getting better at it...

Played well, good performance impressed, defence still worrying, defence still poor, defence seriously still needs words.

Dyer my MOTM tbh, Marshall a close 2nd.

Not getting excited though, still don't think we'll make the playoffs, and I wish other people just thought this way putting less pressure on the players and themselves, follow it up with a win against Forest and I might reconsider, but then again still won't be getting too carried away.

On to the next one, looking to pick up more confidence in the next match.

He's a midfielder albeit an attacking one not a forward, cut him some slack please he has been superb of late
