Ahsoka ep.6  both expanded on the Star Wars universe and dumped a whole load of new questions on the viewer,  good episode yet again...

Thrawn was nowhere nearly as scary or menacing as I was expecting. Seemed like a middle aged bloke they'd dragged out of a gentleman's club and painted his face blue.

 

He is basically a Sherlock Holmes with no scruples, cold and calculating and will do whatever is required at just the right time and usually a couple steps ahead of his opponents

With two episodes of Ahsoka remaining I seriously doubt this but you never know, I would not put it past Filoni, especially as in the Clone Wars series they did show the Mortis Gods and referenced them in Rebels, plus Ahsoka did get pushed into the World between worlds a couple episodes ago.

Not a joyful series but still very interesting and some great acting.

New series of boiling point with our Stephen Graham.

The one off was brilliant  so imagine the series will be too

I think the film is on Film4 on Sat night and the series is on BBC1 Sun night

Anyone watching Wheel of Time on Amazon?

 

Thought Season 1 was pretty average to be honest, almost didn't carry on for season 2 but it's been great so far imo

He's just meant to be super smart isn't he, and it's that over time that makes him so menacing (that would need to happen over several series though, and not a few episodes).

So Ahsoka  season 1 has ended.....

Thought it was a good episode, plenty of action, lots of things in motion and Baylan standing in front of the statues of the Mortis gods really could be a precursor to all the internet rumours for season 2, though unfortunately he would have to recast :(
