Better than the first two? I've tried a few times and never got into it despite being a TNG fan.

The opening episode is stronger than both, yes.

 

Already feels like a feature film, but spread over ten episodes.  The banter between Picard and Riker is great and the new captain is a complete ****.  Watch it!

It's a testament to how good they both are in their roles that I no longer see Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey despite seeing them in numerous shows before, I see Joel and Ellie.

 

As per above, incredibly good.

Not laughed that much at a tv show for years!

Brilliant show. The creators wanted to bring it back for another series but bbc don’t want to know. Over 11,000 signed the petition.

Thought the thing that worked for the UK version was that it was real people. 
 

The US version lost my interest pretty swiftly with its non-entity Z-list celebs.

I’d never seen or heard of the few celebs that were in the mix so made no real difference to me. 
 

Very rarely watch any type of reality tv apart from the Apprentice, and that’s losing its appeal tbh.

It has improved as it has gone on, yes.

 

And season 3 delivers in that way too.
