How do the fans feel about what's going on down there Hux?

What was the reaction like to SOD getting sacked and being replaced by McLeish?

Well, it's a bit mental. SOD being sacked was greeted mostly with people being annoyed and angry. The thinking being Sean was steadily making us better. For a team with no senior defenders and a frankly dogshite forward line at the start of the season and no time to bed in any new arrivals to be one point outside the playoffs at christmas was not too shabby really.

When we heard his replacement wasn't some "iconic" name and was in fact McLeish..well, I don't know one Forest fan who was pleased when it was announced.

About the three gone today, most Forest fans seem to be a bit bewildered. Mark Arthur has been a hate figure for a while so I doubt he'll be missed. Also, rumours coming from the club are that Burt (chief scout) was involved in negotiating with new signings and was the reason we've missed out on quite a few.

Nobody is in anyway pleased to see Frank Clark leave, and if rumours are to believed the manner of the sackings is pretty distasteful.

Not sure what their fans make of this? Strikes me that instability behind the scenes eventually leads to instability of results on the pitch.

Until they sacked SOD, I had them down for a play off spot. Now with each new story, that chance seems to be getting less and less.

Stupidly cheap, smacks of a desperation to get rid on Sunderland's part. Could be a very good signing for the Redbirds with his pace and P'ship experience, and even if it isn't it's hardly like they've blown their budget on him.

Cardiff close to signing Frazier Campbell for £650k

All the Hull fans were expecting him to re-sign for them, but Cardiff have seemed to got in the way of that. 650k is cheap though, he should score goals at this level.

No they won't, that tagline will still be directed to us again. Wonder what the odds are on Sky saying something like 'Leicester have spent a lot of money' this evening?

"Big Spending Leicester take on Middlesborogh" will be the opening line... completely forgetting the shit loads they spent on half the Scottish league.

'Two things we do know about Leicester is they've got the ambition to get into those top 2 places, you can see that with the big fees they've paid out for players this season. There is huge pressure of Nigel Pearson to achieve promotion. And another is that they are always dangerous from set-piece situations.'
