FoxyPV Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Remy was offered £75k a week (twice what Newcastle were offering) and a low buy out clause if QPR got relegated. Money talks.
EnderbyFox Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Waste. Really hope QPR go down now, throwing money at the situation instead of working with what you have is the wrong way to go about it, in my opinion. Can see Redknapp doing the same with them as he did with Pompey, stupid players on stupid wages. Good luck QPR fans.

The sooner the fair play rules come in the better, QPR aren't a big enough club to be paying 75k to players, seems similar to what happened at Portsmouth.
vandamman Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Any club that pays Bobby Z 60k a week needs to go down. QPR are buying well beyond their means anyone can see that, a shit stadium with not a massive support. The way they're going, even if 'Arry does steady the ship what the hell is he going to do with players like Bosingwa who is hardly getting played and getting paid a packet, probably on a 3 year contract.
vandamman Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Still at least they have quality players like Clint Hill to get them out of relegation.
SystonFox Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 QPR will go down. M'Vila and Remy will be off in the summer. Finners has it spot on. eejits
Soar Fox Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 QPR will go down. M'Vila and Remy will be off in the summer. Finners has it spot on. eejits Didn't Demba Ba when at West Ham put a clause in his contract where if they got relegated he had a release clause or get a free transfer? Maybe M'Vila and Remy have done something similar.
Fox92 Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Southampton just come back from 2-0 down at Chelsea, now 2-2.
Happy Fox Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 The Aston Villa relegation party is beginning slowly but surely.

Super_horns Posted 17 January 2013 Posted 17 January 2013 Looks like Suarez could be in trouble for admitted he dived..is that what it would take for the FA to take action. An admission by the player?
IOWFOX Posted 17 January 2013 Posted 17 January 2013 Looks like Suarez could be in trouble for admitted he dived..is that what it would take for the FA to take action. An admission by the player? Didnt Walcott admit to diving to win a penalty against leeds in the fa cup a few years back. He was appluaded for his honesty, yet because it's Saurez they will take action. What a joke, wasnt he also booked at the time for it anyway.

No point in admitting it anyway, just get in more trouble.

Filbert_Ross Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 rumours that Adkins been sacked, would be very harsh if true i think.
Happy Fox Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 rumours that Adkins been sacked, would be very harsh if true i think. Has happened very odd he seemed to be doing a very good job for them.
Filbert_Ross Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Has happened very odd he seemed to be doing a very good job for them. Meant to have held talks with Pochetto, former Espanyol boss who was sacked in November after being bottom after 13 games. weird choice based on that, i know nothing more about him though to be fair.

Babylon Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Makes me sick teams doing that to a manager who did so much for them. I wanted them to stay up, now I hope they get relegated and piss off back to league one. Problem is I can see our bloody owners doing exactly the same if we ever got there
The People's Hero Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 Southampton sack manager Nigel Adkins source sky sports Really? After that 2-2 comeback at Chelsea? Can this really be results based? Wonder if they are after a big name
Guest BlueBrett Posted 18 January 2013 Posted 18 January 2013 I don't really like the bloke but that seems like very strange timing.
