Carl the Llama Posted 20 February 2013 Posted 20 February 2013 Currently using 4222 with reggina in serie B and doing really well but the only problem is my strikers score 90 percent of my goals, Anyone know any tips on how to get wingers and CMs to chip in with goals aswell? Get better wingers and cms.

Anyone who has the logos best place to download the best logo packs please? Just went to start a new game to create tactics etc.. the other day my computer performance and game speed were both five stars now they are 4 stars and 3.5 stars anyone know why this is?

AjcW Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 I genuinely must of made 100 game starts and made it past the first season once on FM13... most frustrating and upsetting release of this game ever! I get that the difficulty level needed to be raised, but I think the jump from what it was to what it is now was far too sudden and far too much. So i turn to you FT'ers... A challenge, something that will grab me like my Napoli save in FM12 did (where i won the Serie A and Champions league in 2012 and 2013!). HELP!!

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 In my second season with Newastle i won the league just ahead of Chelsea. Came 4th in the first season. I only scored 50 odd goals in the season but only let in like 19. Won so many games one nil quite crucial games too. Won FA cup in my first season and second season won the Euro Cup with the Prem too. Need to get through the groups of the CL this season, was fourth seed before and got a nightmare group. Just signed Honda on a free transfer, as well as a few more young players. Also been taken over now too with a rich chairman now. Previously had to sell to but selling Tiote and Cabaye for £30m a piece. Looking forward to the third season i have.

For me the first few seconds are utterly pointless and showing the last few seconds kills some of the suspense for me as I always know when the game is going to end, whereas in previous editions even in the last few seconds of injury time you never knew if the highlight was going to lead to something important.

Finnegan Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 Exactly, so when goals were showing as going in and not counting or a loose ball would be two feet from your defender and he wouldn't move towards it they were big things! Them putting on the refs whistle as a highlight isn't exactly killer! You still don't technically know which the last highlight is, I've scored goals from both the opening highlight (kick off) and what I assumed would be the last.

The fact you can now cancel subs and re-do your team talk to get ad infinitum to get the positive response you want, makes it an unfair advantage. Not that you need to re-do them because No pressure/Have faith work every single time (which they had actually managed to tweak before, so that players 'didn't listen' when you repeat yourself)...
Dan Posted 27 February 2013 Posted 27 February 2013 I was gash at this, tempted to start as Dortmund or someone so I can get properly used to it. I was terrible at 12, couldn't do a thing with Leicester, went to Napoli and would you believe it? Turned them to pretty much the best team in Italy with a year, so back to Leicester and guess what? Midtable. Fvcking cursed with LCFC.

Leicesterpool Posted 28 February 2013 Posted 28 February 2013 I heard a rumour the other day that Football Manager are on about doing a merger with Ea Sports by being able to play some of the football matches on football manager on the fifa game, they did this before but that was EA sports own game, this is too different company's. Would be very interesting.

Would be very interesting. It really wouldn't. One game tests your football playing skills, the other your tactical/management skills. It wouldn't work without excessive compromise.
