The reaction from him after the game and Ferdinand at the final whistle was pathetic last night. Like schoolchildren, could learn so much from Rugby players and Cricketers, footballers are vile.
Finnegan Posted 6 March 2013 Posted 6 March 2013 I don't think anyone should be forced to talk to the media, it should be encouraged by a manager's bosses because it helps build a club image and satisfies the fans' interest but it shouldn't be mandatory. I hated seeing a microphone rammed down Andy Murray's throat seconds after he lost Wimbledon for the sakes of rubber necking, shallow vultures with no souls. Just ****ing painful. Happens in every sport all because the TV companies love the drama and we've given them all the power.

The officials need to do post match interview, see how many non-fulfilments happen then! Hang on a minute, you normally slate our fans who criticise referees after games, so how can you allow another club to surround and blast officials then without criticism?

Except Man Utd don't get a crap ref every very often...Man Utd don't lose very often, coincidence? (i.e - Whenever Leicester win the officials are hardly, if ever mentioned) Look i've explained myself many times, I don't deny Leicester seem to get awful officials, what I do have a problem with is almost every time we fail to win the officials come into question, so let me get this right every time we fail to win the majority of the time an officials decision has something do with it, so it seems, sooo if it wasn't for an officials mistake we'd have won? My big gripe is people question the referee, the pitch, something else, they look for an excuse rather than looking at why we didn't win. Last night I came out the ground the first thing I hear? 'Leeds were cheats, we could have beat them'...Not looking at the fact Leicester were poor and didn't deserve to draw no, Leeds were cheats. There always has to be an excuse, look at why we didn't win rather than look for an excuse, it's fair enough mentioned the referee and poor decision's but it winds me up when it's mention as an excuse.

That was pathetic. They really need to take a page from the RFU's book where it comes to player interaction with referees. Not on. It was a red card and they acted like petulant kids. Pathetic.

I don't think I've really posted anything like that about the England side in the last few years of posting on here. I'm certainly biased, yes, but I've largely grown out of rubbing any of your failings in your faces and I've never, ever deluded myself that we're any better. I'm not certifiably insane.

This rather neatly outlines why I don't give a shit about Celtic-Rangers as a Leicester fan, nor can understand why people do care so much. I have a soft spot for Celtic because of Lennon, and dislike the bigotry that comes on both sides but that's as far as it goes.
