MC Prussian Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkrzO3sPVC4 In other news, Basel are still leading Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk. IF this result should stand, we're guaranteed at least one starting spot in next year's Champions League.
casablancas Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 The first replay doesn't do it justice. Don't see the movement or his technique to get over the ball. First time I've seen Holtby and he's looked impressive.

Looks a fighter thats for sure, might be a little bit of German over-confidence in there at the moment tho That Gomis has dissapointed me, heard good things
marko Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Bale with another a great free kick. Spurs would be lost if something happened to Bale.
casablancas Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Bale has some balls. Last kick of the ball and he pulls that out of the bag. Take a bow. Third best player in the world at the min? And thanks for that AKCJ
Jaspa Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Bale with another a great free kick. Spurs would be lost if something happened to Bale. They could do something with the £50m+ theyd get for him Absolute quality to put THAT in, in the last minute of added time. Fvckin Wales, first Giggs then Bale
AKCJ Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 6 goals in 4 games, 3 freekicks and that stunning winner against West Brom. He'd walk into any side in the world and improve it no end.
foxfanazer Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Bale is unreal! Great goal by Lyon aswell though
Guest kristianity77 Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 Spurs will do amazingly well to keep him in the summer. Surely its only a matter of time before someone comes in with a 50/60 million bid. And every player has a price
AKCJ Posted 14 February 2013 Posted 14 February 2013 I'd like to see him at United where Fergie would get the absolute best out of him.

stix Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 A mate of mine said the other week that Bale was 2nd only to Messi, i obviously laughed at him. After the 2 stunners tonight, the composure, the accuracy, the.vision....i'm inclined to.eat my words. Currently....at least on par with Ronaldo. Absolutely.
Haydos Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 A mate of mine said the other week that Bale was 2nd only to Messi, i obviously laughed at him. After the 2 stunners tonight, the composure, the accuracy, the.vision....i'm inclined to.eat my words. Currently....at least on par with Ronaldo. Absolutely. Load of tosh. When Bale has scored 183 goals in 180 games then he can be considered for the top 2. Unquestionably Messi and Ronaldo at the moment, Bale doesn't even come close for me. He's incredibly talented but doesn't possess the genius that Ronny and Messi do. When he's consistently performing at their level i'll reconsider.
The Blur Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 Had anyone noticed that Atl.Madrid,Olympiakos and Napoli all suffered suprise defeats?
Jaspa Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 Had anyone noticed that Atl.Madrid,Olympiakos and Napoli all suffered suprise defeats? Im very suprised Falcao went a full game without a goal
foxfanazer Posted 15 February 2013 Posted 15 February 2013 Had anyone noticed that Atl.Madrid,Olympiakos and Napoli all suffered suprise defeats? Is olympiakos losing a surprise? Very surprised by Napoli and Ath Madrid though
ScouseFox Posted 15 February 2013 Author Posted 15 February 2013 Atlético sent their keeper up for a corner in injury time and then conceded a second hahaha. It was almost as if they didn't know it was a two legged affair. http://youtu.be/sllH9zMoIDA
Super_horns Posted 21 February 2013 Posted 21 February 2013 Atletico Madrid are out. How many of the English sides will make it through? Chelsea should and Newcastle are now 1 up.
foxfanazer Posted 21 February 2013 Posted 21 February 2013 Just those two I think. Can see Lyon holding out and Liverpool have got a real struggle on their hands
21st Century Fox Posted 21 February 2013 Posted 21 February 2013 I feel quite bad for Spurs, they're the only English club that seemed to really give a shit about the competition. Their passing in the final third has been atrocious though and Lyon have defended well. Edit: I take that back!
