Uncle Phil Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 Fair enough, I felt the same away about Ricky Gervais until I listened to his podcasts and now I think he's a genius Same here, I guess if Ricky Gervais can change my opinion then maybe David can too. We'll see.
cambridgefox Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 Robert Peston - the guy is a smarmy tosser who seems to be loving every minute of the economic downturn as he gets to patronise the nation on a daily basis. Agreed,if he had spent less time talking about doom and gloom and scaring people into not spending,I think we would be in Better situation.i saw an interview when a lady who owned a tea shop said every time he was on tv scare mongering ,the next day every time her trade was down.Everytime.Mind you last week I agreed with nearly everything he said and I never thought I would say that,he talked sense.Do feel sorry for him at the moment as his wife died last month of lung cancer.1,2,3,4 and 5 Keith(how the fvck have I got on tv spouting unfunny shit)Lemon How the fvck this twats name has not been mentioned before is beyond me.

ScouseFox Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 Sarah Millican i think. Yes. That's the one! "oooh I like food so I'm fat and can't get a boyfriend so I comfort eat because I like food and it makes me more fat so I still don't have a boyfriend. Did I mention I love food? And I'd love sex if anyone ever had sex with me!!" And repeat. What a bellend. A stupid annoying bellend.

z-layrex Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 I despise Gemma Cairney with every bit of my cold black heart. She is the single most annoying person I have ever heard. Also hate: Matt Cardle - Pathetic whining, crying, arse-licking, z- list excuse for a man. One Direction - They're all massive cu*ts with barely a braincell between them. James Corden just loves himself. And without speaking ill of the dead, Steve Jobs.

Didn't realise that about his wife. That's a horrible situation and obviously I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Have to agree with you though, his scaremongering of a year / 18 months ago really didn't do small and medium-sized businesses any favours at all. What pissed me off was that he really seemed to be enjoying it!
Tielemans63 Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 Yes. That's the one! She's just not funny at all and seems to have made a career out of telling the same pathetic jokes..... ..... Which leads me naturally to Miranda Hart. How can someone with such little talent be so successful. It literally baffles me that Miranda is so popular. I can only assume that there are a lot women who find that shite funny. I'm relieved that my mrs thinks it's crap! Grindingly predictable 'comedy' - its offensive to anyone with half a brain.
Corky Posted 8 October 2012 Posted 8 October 2012 Miranda Hart was good as the cleaner in Not Going Out, but then she didn't have the lead role and her script was almost restricted to one-liners.

Guest Basildon Fox Posted 9 October 2012 Posted 9 October 2012 Stephen K Amos. Graham Norton. Mel B - Twat Spice. The bellend that does Soccer am, can't remember his name. Any twatty reality celeb from Brentwood. Especially Jodie "the skank" Marsh. Coleen Nolan. Andy Peters. Liam Gallagher.
J.Lisemore Posted 9 October 2012 Posted 9 October 2012 Off the top of my head I'll go for Alan Carr and Richard Hammond, both fvcking cringeworthy.

Rusko187 Posted 9 October 2012 Posted 9 October 2012 My votes go to: That fat Miranda bird- unfunny! Harry Styles Got to agree with Sarah Millican Can I mention Andy Townsend? And pretty much anyone who gets into the industry for the wrong reasons (which I think brings us to everyone) Edit: oh have to quickly mention that Rylan Clarke, my missus makes me sit through X factor just so I can watch motd and he is a complete cvnt!
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 9 October 2012 Posted 9 October 2012 Michael Mcintyre used to find him amusing now he is just annoying Dale Winton nobody can be that camp Paul 'professor of pop' Gambaccini Jonathan Ross The cast of Eastenders past & present

Couldn't agree more. Most of the 'comedy' on the box remains pretty crappy IMO. 'An idiot abroad' has been clever and very funny. In betweeners made me laff. But that's about it. Compared to comedy 'back in the day' (Black Adder, Only Fools, Not the nine o'clock news) today's servings are pretty much tripe. IMO.

I believe you might be getting old. I find Miranda mildly amusing in a passive sort of way.
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 October 2012 Posted 9 October 2012 I believe you might be getting old. I find Miranda mildly amusing in a passive sort of way. Nah... It's not an age thing. I said I found the in betweeners funny. Miranda, for example is just too daft and predictable. Same script, rehashed into a few different scenes and characters week in week out. You've seen one you've seen them all. It's not subtle enough IMO. You could say that about some of the older ones I guess, such as 'Open All Hours'.. The difference was the timing and the class of the comedians/cast. Jason/Barker hugely talented. Miranda.... I just don't get it.
