Didn't realise that about his wife. That's a horrible situation and obviously I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Have to agree with you though, his scaremongering of a year / 18 months ago really didn't do small and medium-sized businesses any favours at all. Nah... It's not an age thing. I said I found the in betweeners funny.

Miranda, for example is just too daft and predictable. Same script, rehashed into a few different scenes and characters week in week out. You've seen one you've seen them all.

It's not subtle enough IMO. You could say that about some of the older ones I guess, such as 'Open All Hours'.. The difference was the timing and the class of the comedians/cast.

Jason/Barker hugely talented. Miranda.... I just don't get it.
