The Year Of The Fox Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Having a bit of a debate regarding where fans attending the games come from, the city or county. I'm talking about where you reside not where you were born. Ie I was born at LRI but live in coalville, so will vote county. I predict the majority will be from the county as opposed to city Go for it
Ashley Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born General Hospital. Live Thurcaston/Birstall.
AKCJ Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 I was born in Leicester and will always regard it as my city. However, i've lived in Rutland all of my life.
Big Dave Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Can we have a 'Neither' or 'Live Outside of Leicestershire' option?
Adster Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Lived in Hinckley all my life. I was born in Coventry though
Guest Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Or indeed, from an entirely different city, such as Manchester Don't exclude us Stu! Bloody regionalists.....
RowlattsFox Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born City, Lived in City until last year but now not Leicester at all.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 18 October 2012 Author Posted 18 October 2012 Can we have a 'Neither' or 'Live Outside of Leicestershire' option? Done
davieG Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born Chelsea, then lived in the City when I first started going now live in the County
ScouseFox Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born in the city, moved very far away before I started going regularly though.
dmayne7 Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born and lived in Kent until I was 18, moved to uni in Hull, and also lived in Reading for a year. Pretty stupid for choosing to support Leicester . Blame the old man!
Tom17LCFC Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born in the city, lived in the same house in the city for my entire life.
Dan Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Narborough. I don't even know. Got an 0116 number rather than an 01455 but it does seem a little out the city.
slymunn Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Born in bridlington and living just out of leeds since being 8 years old. But supported Leicester all my life thanks to family
The Year Of The Fox Posted 18 October 2012 Author Posted 18 October 2012 Narborough. I don't even know. Got an 0116 number rather than an 01455 but it does seem a little out the city. Tough one that. I'd class it as out the city I think
Guest MattP Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Narborough is more Leicestershire than Leicester I'd say.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 18 October 2012 Author Posted 18 October 2012 Narborough is more Leicestershire than Leicester I'd say. How about you in Glenfield? Another tough one
Dan Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 County. I'd say county edges it. It's very much on the border though.
davieG Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Narborough. I don't even know. Got an 0116 number rather than an 01455 but it does seem a little out the city. Tough one that. I'd class it as out the city I think if you mean Narborough the village it's definitely the County and it's in Blaby District, if it's Narborough Rd up towards Fosse Park but not Fosse Park it's the City. Fosse Park is in the County.
