Bugg Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Bring back SSL. That's all I say. When he was in the side we win six on the bounce.Soon as he's out. We end up like this. We can only bring ssl back when he's fit, Pearson didn't drop him.
Brainy Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 i bet half the people saying it was a stonewall penalty would be saying otherwise if it was Morgan who had instead made the challenge and not Whitbread.
Guest parky0607 Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 I dont care who it is, you wrap your legs around the player with the ball in the penalty area, 9 times out of 10 its a penalty, whether you got the ball or not. Hes a professional, he should have known that before he made the challenge.
Shamomoa Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 basically hes s**t. went to the game. its his fault we didnt get the 3 points
ADK Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Worth a goal a game to the opposition. Awful player, worst defender i've seen for several seasons.
Benji Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 I'm not going to pretend he's sh1t, he's a professional footballer. But I'm really nervous with him playing. When he came to the Walkers with Millwall a few seasons back he had an absolutely blinder and back then would have loved us to sign him. He's really struggling at the moment though, not a nice thing to say but the clear weak link in the defence. For all our sakes I hope he settles soon.
Micky Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 basically hes s**t. went to the game. its his fault we didnt get the 3 points What about all the missed chances. what about the fact that he won the ball. what about the fact that he won every header. what about the fact that he's just come back from a long term injury. what about the fact that he is still forming a relationship with Wes.
Danno Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 What about all the missed chances. what about the fact that he won the ball. what about the fact that he won every header. what about the fact that he's just come back from a long term injury. what about the fact that he is still forming a relationship with Wes. Or the fact we have a striker who couldn't finish his own dinner or Marshall who can't get a decent ball in to save his life
Tielemans63 Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 He was our poorest player today. Forest targetted him too. Hopefully Keane's injury isn't too bad!
cc_star Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 What about all the missed chances. what about the fact that he won the ball. what about the fact that he won every header. what about the fact that he's just come back from a long term injury. what about the fact that he is still forming a relationship with Wes. What about the fact he's worth at least a goal against every time he sets foot on the pitch. Like I say, not said it until now because he has been coming back from some time out, or finding his feet... but at what point is enough, enough... when he's directly involved in conceding every time he plays... 5goals against? (he's probably passed that already), 10? 20?

I didn't know big Wes swung that way
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Wasn't a pen but Whitbread is a liability quite clearly. Seems to make stupid decisions at key times. SSL is desperately needed back.
Guest ttfn Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 He's got a 50p head. Wins so much in the air but the direction is atrocious.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 He is f***ing useless!! Had an absolute mare against Burton, gave away the penalties vs Brighton & Forest and was also sent off vs Watford. All of this in just 5 starts. Guarantees you a few mistakes a game, wreck less challanges, lots of diving in & a severe lack of pace. Hurry up and get fit SSL!!!
Haydos Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 disabled central in here. Even their manger has said it wasn't a penalty.
Shamomoa Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 What about all the missed chances. what about the fact that he won the ball. what about the fact that he won every header. what about the fact that he's just come back from a long term injury. what about the fact that he is still forming a relationship with Wes. he's played a few games now and is showing no sign of improving... i hope he proves me wrong. but he needs replacing in the next game before he makes another silly mistake! I didn't know big Wes swung that way :-P
Happy Fox Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 He scares the shit out of me more than Bamba did who if he made a supposed mistake would rectify himself, isn't cut up to it atm.
Libertine Dream Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 His headers are woeful, gets underneath all of them. Morgan and Keane next week please
FrankieADZ Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 i have to admit...I was unsure about him when he came in....thought got to see what he can do...& tbh...I think he's been poor. i never feel at easy with he at the back. Feel Moore/SSL or Morgan are a better partnership.
LCFC FOX Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Hes a donkey. The sooner St Ledgers back the better. Keane and Moore over him please
beryllind Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 The worry is N P rates him thats why he brought him in, what does that say for our chances
sdb Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Some fans we are!! Not seen his best yet. He's looked v average but hopefully more to come. Back him!
ADK Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 Hes too slow, clearly his legs have gone. I don't see how he can improve. His only way of dealing with an attacker is to commit a foul hence him giving away penalties twice and being sent off in his 5 appearences.
Mark_w Posted 10 November 2012 Posted 10 November 2012 The worry is N P rates him thats why he brought him in, what does that say for our chances Apparently he rates Tom Cleverley, Jay Spearing and Mark Davies too, he signed them as well. We're doomed.
