Vacamion Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Scotland's shame is about to kick off again. Listen out for the sectarian songbook and think about the poor A&E departments and battered spouses this evening. Ugly.

AKCJ Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Gutted for Waggy, was looking forward to him playing in this game.
MC Prussian Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 So, Rangers vs. Hibernian it is in the Scottish Cup Final this year. Rangers win the Old Firm 5-4 after penalties (2-2 a.e.t).
GaelicFox Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Cup final between two second div sides . Pile of shite up there Celtic have went from a championship team 5-6 years ago to a league 1 team who would struggle Turn off the light someone
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 18 April 2016 Posted 18 April 2016 Pleased Rangers won this game Celtic dominance since Rangers were relegated has been majorly boring
Vacamion Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 Conrad Logan's botched save in the Championship play off semi 1st leg tonight is the opposite of his heroics in the cup. Sad.
Vacamion Posted 13 May 2016 Posted 13 May 2016 Anyone thinking the Championship play off game was end to end before the injuries, the Scottish play off semi is 4-4 on aggregate, 2-2 tonight. Apparently, Falkirk's goal to equalize was a worldie.
Vacamion Posted 13 May 2016 Posted 13 May 2016 And Falkirk score in injury time. Hibs consigned to yet another year in tier 2.
Conrad Logan Posted 13 May 2016 Posted 13 May 2016 Was at the game tonight and tbh i was nearly struggling to hold back the tears when walking out of the ground. This is the longest we've stayed out of the top flight and i'm worried about our future .

This is the longest we've stayed out of the top flight and i'm worried about our future . To "hibs something up" has entered the lingo up here. Granted, Hibs have had the bad luck to be in the 2nd tier at the same time as Hearts and Rangers, so it was always going Tobe difficult, but they got there in the 1st place by hibsing it up against the Accies and they hibsed it right up last night, having been ahead with 12 mins to go. It must be truly awful being a Hibbie. Really hope their fans get a crumb of comfort in the Scottish Cup, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Corky Posted 14 May 2016 Posted 14 May 2016 Obviously the scheduling was done in the mindset that Championship sides wouldn't reach the Cup Final but how would it have worked if Hibs had reached the play-off final? The first leg is on Thursday, the Cup Final is on Saturday and the second leg is next Sunday. Would they have moved both legs back to after the Final or just pushed the second leg back until Tuesday/ Wednesday?
Jattdogg Posted 14 May 2016 Posted 14 May 2016 This just in 2016-2017 final standings.. 1.celtic 2.rangers 3."also ran" Or 1.rangers 2.celtic 3. "Also ran"
Langston Posted 14 May 2016 Posted 14 May 2016 Rangers have signed Jordan Rossiter from Liverpool on a freebie, he'll flourish up there along with Windass. Warburton knows what he's up to. EDIT - Oh, and it looks like Joey barton is set for them in all. He's a tit but he's too good for that level.
Corky Posted 14 May 2016 Posted 14 May 2016 Edinburgh City have been promoted to the Scottish League, East Stirling relegated.
Vacamion Posted 14 May 2016 Posted 14 May 2016 Joey Barton in the powderkeg of the Old Firm playing league games after 4 years. No problems anticipated there. I think he'll end up doing 6 months in Barlinnie nick for a headbutt.

I can't get over how hilarious and terrifying this signing is.
The Doctor Posted 18 May 2016 Posted 18 May 2016 Joey Barton vs Scott Brown in an old firm Derby is going to be hilarious.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 18 May 2016 Posted 18 May 2016 Barton going there doesn't really make sense, why take a cup of coffee at Burnley and leave when you get the possibility of your last season in the top flight of England?
Guest MattP Posted 18 May 2016 Posted 18 May 2016 Good signing though, Barton is comfortably good enough for that league and will be one of the best players in it.
purpleronnie Posted 18 May 2016 Posted 18 May 2016 He'll be a big name there, he'll like that, probably be on more money too...you know cus burnley don't have any. No doubt he'll be tweeting how the SPL is the greatest league in the world.
