Corky Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Rangers squad looks like Championship at best. Garner, Waghorn, Windass, Kiernan, Foderingham, Barton. Kenny Miller was a good player but I doubt he's that effective now.

I suppose he's fast enough for the Scottish Premier. Meanwhile, somewhere in London, Per Mertesacker is laughing.

Vacamion Posted 14 September 2016 Posted 14 September 2016 In a complete loss of common sense, they have scheduled an old firm game for the afternoon of 31/12/2016. Hogmanay. The city centre of Glasgow will be a smoking wasteland....

SystonFox Posted 15 September 2016 Posted 15 September 2016 Barton dismissed from attending Rangers sessions for the rest of week and weekend. what a tool this guy is. Like really

Darkon84 Posted 16 September 2016 Posted 16 September 2016 It'd be interesting to know what he's actually said. It seems he raised something in a team meeting which didn't go down too well, resulting in his temporary dismissal. Sounds like its been brewing for a few weeks now too.
SystonFox Posted 16 September 2016 Posted 16 September 2016 Basically he's told his team mates they're Garbo and in face it's him who's dog shite and is past his best. summed up nicely on talk sport just now. He thought the SPL would be a walk in the park, he's struggling big time and now he's pointing the finger. you can't polish a turd but you can roll it in glitter
Tuna Posted 16 September 2016 Posted 16 September 2016 Barton remarkably kept out of trouble at Burnley, probably due to the fact they were doing well. Barton is rather like a pitbull dog. Probably most of the time it's totally normal, then one day, it turns nasty and mauls someone. That's Barton in a nutshell, it was always going to happen. Like the horrible pitbull, Barton should be got rid of.
SystonFox Posted 16 September 2016 Posted 16 September 2016 Great post Tuna. I fully digress. Barton is a pit bull

Only day of the year street drinking is legal and the spfl schedule the Irish historical battle reenactment society get together. Fuds
MC Prussian Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 Whenever I get some respect back for Barton, admiring him for (relative) consistency, he manages to make it even worse in the process. Why does he dwell in controversy so much?

Chav cvnt humans like Joey Barton.
Jon the Hat Posted 20 September 2016 Posted 20 September 2016 Consensus seems to be Rangers will be looking to cancel his contract for Gross misconduct. Back to Burnley?

Dyche would probably think it could affect relationship with his current team. I wouldn't be comfortable as a player knowing someone like him could be coming to the club.

They (and many football fans that have heard about this story) don't know what triggered Barton to go off on one at Rangers, and may think they'll have to be extra careful in what to say to him incase he could do it again.
