Bellend Sebastian Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 Oh dear, a Chelsea fan caught making a monkey gesture... http://uk.eurosport....-101323228.html Stuff like this always amazes me. Even if you were a MASSIVE RACIST, surely you'd be aware on some level of the trouble that you'd get in for doing something like that, and however strong your racist urges you'd be better off keeping them in check. It's as if people cannot help themselves
RowlattsFox Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 That Chelsea fan is probably not even racist, he just thinks he's having a laugh and funny. That's the problem with the 24/7 news coverage of these issues, as well as bringing awareness, it is also giving ideas to idiots like that particular Chelsea fan.

Let him laugh when he's banned from every football stadium in the country. If he thinks casual racism is funny, then he should be punished and made an example of so as to stop other idiots.

Maybe they should make them register at their local police station at 3pm every saturday, or something... but these days he'll probably only miss a game or two if they did that!

If he's imitating a monkey i'd bet he's racist. If he wasn't it wouldn't have even crossed his mind.
Babylon Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 Chelsea now investigating some Man U fans as well... it's like tit for tat.
Guest MattP Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 21 goals in 2 nights and we still can't stop talking about racism, the country is absolutely obsessed.
marko Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 No doubt we'll have that half wit Jason Brown on Sky Sports News within the hour.
MPH Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 How honest do you think the linesman and fourth officials in the clattenburg case are being? they are all staunchly denying that they heard clattenburg say anything untoward... it could be a conspiracy.... Then again it could be a conspiracy by that Lawyer... create another issue to get the black players union to the forefront... We need El Empty on this....

Perhaps this is the coming of the New World Order and Illuminati that he fears.
Fox92 Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 21 goals in 2 nights and we still can't stop talking about racism, the country is absolutely obsessed. Yeah I know, and I agree. I just brought that article up because yet again Chelsea are involved.

Carl the Llama Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 So is the spicey chicken nuggets Racist ? If the advert was "we call them black man bites" then yes.
Captain... Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 Not quite sure why anyone would think that is racist. The fact some people do is almost as bad as those that are actually racist, to be honest it is about time we stopped pussying around with jokes and insults and being offended and actually tackle the real race issues. Basically what I am saying is I want a big cock and rhythym and it's not fair!!!
ADK Posted 1 November 2012 Posted 1 November 2012 It is tiring. On every internet forum and in every pub in the country there is a constant debate about racism. The same arguements will be trotted out over and over again. There will be the white knights (pun unintentional). There will be the "i'm not racist" racists. Each of them missing the point. There are many prejudices in society whether it be race, gender, sexuality, class, age, physique etc.

But we all know if that went onto British tv is would be pulled within hours after numerous complaints and KFC would have been compared to the Third Reich.

It's a pisser but I've managed to deal with it by ignoring everyone.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 2 November 2012 Author Posted 2 November 2012 As a fan of both sports, enlighten me the reason? Has there ever been one continous oiece of play that stretched over 30seconds?

bmt Posted 2 November 2012 Posted 2 November 2012 Has there ever been one continous oiece of play that stretched over 30seconds? Of course there has, it's rugby not American Football! Football has so much to learn from Rugby, most notably for me discipline and respect to officials and opposition even if they're complete knobs.

Ill be amazed if there ever is play uninterrupted for over 30ecs
bmt Posted 2 November 2012 Posted 2 November 2012 It does but does not need to inherit its rules. Ill be amazed if there ever is play uninterrupted for over 30ecs I don't get what you mean by uninterrupted play. If a ruck of maul forms in open play it's still uninterrupted, just a different form of play to running with the ball- but if you mean without any stopping and starting in the 30 seconds (?!) then no it probably doesn't. If that's what you want to watch then watch some long distance running or something. Anyway, I understand that some people don't like rugby but there are some things (like only the captain talking to the referee) which should definitely have found their way into Football by now.
