Why so few...ladies?

No, this is not a lament of my middle age...or an opportuntity for Moose and Daggers (who i still think are one and the same btw) to post yet more irrelevant crap, more its a question about football in general and Foxestalk in particular.

We do of course, have a couple of wonderful examples of the fairer sex who post here, but in terms of ratios or statistics, im guessing that its something like

99.8% Male

00.2% Female

My question is why?

Why is footbal less popular with Females?

Why is Foxestalk less popular with Females?

They're here, they just lurk, usually with a profound sense of awe at the intellectual supremacy displayed on this forum. I've lost could of the number of pm's I've had from ladies wanting to get to know me better after they've seen the exceptional posts I make on here. They don't post in public because they don't feel up to standard, but they are here.

Why would any woman with half a brain have any interaction with most of the pricks on here...

I'm sure more women will feel comfortable embracing internet forums when threads like this either cease to exist or, at very least, cease to connote an unsettling over-interest.

Seriously? i would be interested by your thoughts as to why they would see a thread like this as a problem.

You see an "unsettling over interest" in what is just a simple and legitimate question?

We have a Hot Celebs Thread, a MILFs thread, we have Leicesterpool literally playing out his adolescence on here, we have grown men in whiney bitch forum fights, we have creepy feckers making semi suggestive comments (of course, always suffixed by an lol or ;) ) to the few females that do venture on here...

For the ovaried-up, what's not to like?

Women don't really do message boards. They seem to communicate by phoning up their best friend to slag their 2nd best friend off. Then they slag off their actual best friend off once the phone's down.

That is exactly what I do. All the time. That's why I'm too busy to post. In fact, it's not me posting this, but the male secretary I've employed to carry out my Internet postings because I'm far too busy to do it myself.

The suggestive comments just amuse me. It's not hard to cut adolescent sperm-shakers down to size.

Me neither - in fact I have a whole legion of male minions. :D

Maybe they are a bit more delicate and ladylike than you think.

There is a lot of 'feck' and 'arse' in the text of messages.

Too much testosterone flying about for some of the gentler sex to handle.

Even before him, this site was a cock fest!!

I blame Keith Vaz

Keith Vaz has probably been on this forum, especially the hottest celebs thread and pulled out his vaseline.

Keith Vaz doesn't need vaseline, he is the sliperiest fella on the planet!
