Simo86 Posted 9 November 2012 Posted 9 November 2012 If Lingard puts in a few tough tackles , can we call him Lingard the Shinguard ? You can
Ric Flair Posted 9 November 2012 Posted 9 November 2012 Chris "The Biz" O'Grady lol Hahahahahahahahaaaa
The Hole Posted 11 November 2012 Author Posted 11 November 2012 Thank you, Bert. Here is a Lingard's loan watch report vs. Forest: http://www.stretfordendarising.com/youth/2012/11/11/loan-watch-2012-13-jesse-lingard-vs-nottingham-forest/?
Guest shearfox Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 I hear Keane was impressive today? Sounded like he was very good on the radio, won pretty much everything... I have to say if he looked as good as he sounded then he looks like a very good defender.
Libertine Dream Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 I hear Keane was impressive today? He looks a very good player indeed, footballing centre half
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 He was excellent. He looks so slight and lanky but he is solid. Had a great partnership with Morgan today....
Finnegan Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Sounded like he was very good on the radio, won pretty much everything... I have to say if he looked as good as he sounded then he looks like a very good defender. Yeah he was as solid as he needed to be for most of it. It's worth establishing that Huddersfield were absolutely dreadful and offered little threat but he looked composed and a tidy footballer. Would like to see a replay of their goal, though, which came largely because we got complacent at the back and I suspect it may be Keane who was guilty or losing his man. Easy 7/10 performance, though, if not an 8.
acooling08 Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Keane did look very good today, assured on the ground and in the air.
NewburyFox Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Played very well today, good in the air and very tidy with the ball at his feet. As pointed out though, Huddersfield were woeful up front.
Corky Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Looks tidy on the ball, always seemed to pass to feet in the midfield.
Essington blue Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Was very good today. When I saw him at Bolton must admit he came across as if he'd never played the game before. Morgan spent the majority of the game calling him back into the position he needed to be. Total contrast to today.
Unabomber Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 i was absurdly impressed with him today, his confidence/distribution/positioning for a kid his age was amazing.
Happy Fox Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 Hopefully we can extend his loan to the end of the season, and Lingard can leave and we get Powell in return
theessexfox Posted 1 January 2013 Posted 1 January 2013 I hear Keane was impressive today? What do you think to Lingard?
foxfanazer Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 Really impressed with Keane yesterday. Hope He plays next game for us
FrankieADZ Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 Really impressed with Keane yesterday. Hope He plays next game for us have to agree with you there. Keane didnt look at of place at all. Certainly a prospect...& 1 after seeing his performance yesterday to look out for.
coolhandfox Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 Was very good today. When I saw him at Bolton must admit he came across as if he'd never played the game before. Morgan spent the majority of the game calling him back into the position he needed to be. Total contrast to today. Well Bolton was his senior debut, yesterday was he's second ever senior game, would imagine he was abit nervous in the first game.
dpjfox Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 I wonder if United would be willing to sell Keane? doubt it myself but he would be a brilliant signing
Happy Fox Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 I wonder if United would be willing to sell Keane? doubt it myself but he would be a brilliant signing Highly unlikely but if we could secure him on loan till the end of the season that will do.
DanG Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 I wonder if United would be willing to sell Keane? doubt it myself but he would be a brilliant signing Not a chance! Pleasing to hear he's doing well. He's highly rated by United fans and seemingly by Sir Alex and our staff. Even Michael Owen said the youngster to look out for in our U21's was Keane. Been impressed with him in the appearances he's had for us. Even against Cheslea against the likes of Mata, Hazard etc he was the better CB. Wottoon on the other hand will no doubt be gone in the summer. Hasn't got the ability unfortunately. Also doesn't have age on his side.
Captain... Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 Does anyone know what is happening with this loan deal? The BBC report said it was extended to today, so have they both gone back, will it be extended further, without Keane and Whitbread and SSL injured we look very short of cover at the back.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 As anyone saw jesse mum crying on facebook about her lad not playing ? Can see him going back.
MrSpaM Posted 2 January 2013 Posted 2 January 2013 As anyone saw jesse mum crying on facebook about her lad not playing ? Can see him going back. Wouldnt be the greatest loss, honestly think Schlupp is a better option. Hope we keep Keane til the end of the season though.
