Did a stag do there last year aged 29 as well, believe me you'll be fine. We behaved worse than the younguns.

Nice place, if you have time try and get a bus north or south a bit as there are some very nice near-empty beaches if you want to escape the crowds. I doubt you'll pass through Sofia, but if you do feel free to come and have an ale with the Bulgarian Blue Army (all three of us).

Looking at going june 2014 as our little one starts school in sept next year so want a holiday before she starts. But before the madness of august prices kick in. Whats the area like as well? Cheers.

Just for the ease of mind and having all the currency there with you I prefer to get it all done before. I normally use Travelex and get it delivered online when going abroad which has quite a good rate normally.

I was thinking of taking £500 worth of Levs with me and taking some sterling to change there. I know when we went to Turkey you got a far better rate there.

Does seem to be the case you get better there but like I said I prefer just having the money all there beforehand so I don't have to go looking around for somewhere to change money and Travelex seem to offer a good rate in comparison

Sun, cheap drink, bit of a sausage fest, easy women, swarming with STI's etc. You'll have a cracking time though. Oh and watch out for people on Quad bikes! Fecking everywhere!!
