Breaking Bad

Recommended Posts

The sadness that is sure to stem from the conclusion of Breaking Bad might not be permanent, given the real possibility that we won’t be completely stripped of the world and characters created by Vince Gilligan. Having hinted that there was a slight possibility that there would be a spinoff focusing on Saul Goodman – played masterfully by Bob Odenkirk – the creator now offers up information in this juicy tidbit that it’s very much a reality. “It’s not a done deal yet, but it’s definitely something we’re full speed ahead on trying to get going.†In addition to that info, Gilligan hasn’t confirmed whether it will be a prequel or sequel to what has taken place on Breaking Bad â€“ thus leaving the door open that favorites in the past like Gustavo Fring and Mike Ehrmantraut could possibly return. Read the entire quote below.

There’s a way to make it a half-hour show and make it a little more—I don’t want to say sitcom-y, but a little more traditionally half-hour comedic. Or there’s a way to do it where it fits more snuggly in with the
Breaking Bad
universe, in which it’s an hour-long show. As you can imagine with Saul Goodman as a character, a show like that would have to have plenty of humor to it. But also because he works for some pretty scary clientele sometimes, there’d be a bit of drama in it as well. We’re trying to nail that down. As of yet, we haven’t completely figured that out ourselves.

Hank will take Walt down, and he'll be sent for a long stretch but will break out.  That's when you see Walt with the gun and the fake ID trying to cross the border, trying to escape the cops.

Not sure who will keep the cash, Jessie, Skyler, or mayber even Walt Jnr - either way it will be with Walts help.

Just a guess though.  Glad it's on Netflix.

Messed up my back at the weekend so been off work today and smashed out the first season of this.  Impressed.

As an aside, Suits is brilliant.  Life would be so much more fun in that world of law.

Also recently picked up on Ray Donovan - very good.

Not read the thread as I don't know if there's spoilers, but I'm hooked! Only had Netflix for like a week, already crashed through season 1 and 10 episodes of Season 2. Fantastic programme!

Oh so you're close to the part when Walt dies
