Soar Fox Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 It just sums the bloke up that he has awarded the League one manager of the year to the manager of the team who were favourites. Oh and Carl Ikeme lol
Unabomber Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 "Listen. I don't give a monkeys what your pundits say, they're just a bunch of over paid punters" Still hurts Beagrie? You little slug.
Dan Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 but burnley did it on a shoestring!!! You could write all Beagrie knows about football on a shoestring. The massive tit.
fuchsntf Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 I like no , I admire him richly our good ol Beagrie.... He helps me smile, no die laughing....mentioning Beagrie brings out the best quips, humour, sarcasm, wit, out of all of you. Having a bad day just read, what fox fans think of Beagrie or Dyche. Cheers me up no end..
yorkie1999 Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Peter Beagrie knows little or nothing about football. That much is obvious. Ings played 32 games last season, performing well when there is no level of expectation is not a measure of success, Burnley were 6th favourites for relegation according to Sky Bet which stretches the definition of being one of the favourites and receiving £48 million in parachute payments over the last four years is hardly " an absolute shoestring". And 11 million for austin and rodreguez
Stadt Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Burnley were fancied for relegation and to get them promoted is an achievement, no doubt Dyche's obsession with the market leaders has soured our view of him but you can't take it away from him he's done a good job. We'd all choose Nige but I can certainly understand why Beagrie chose him.
Babylon Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Burnley were fancied for relegation And Pearson was favourite to get the sack.
kingpower84 Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Hate the bloke always slagging leicester off even when we have marched on nothing i think the owners should ban the c**t from the kp

Both him and Pearson have performed miles beyond expectations but Dyche especially. Just because he's a berk doesn't mean he's not done an unbelievable job. Game of the season was Leicester 4-1 Derby. Best performance I've ever seen from a championship side, against another good team (one that will probably get 8 more points than Hull got last year).

Corky Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Did we win the league? No, Burnley were the model of consistency. We just win more matches and score more goals.
Unabomber Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 This is my favourite ever Nigel interview, the "listen" at 57 is the pinnacle.
Brooksy Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 Hahaha. I remember his interview on RL after this game when Stringer asked him what he thought of the ref's peformance. Pearson's response : CRAP

The Horse's Mouth Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 while Dyche's side features no egos but plenty of personality and spirit. Just like the man himself. Was this a slight dig at "big spenders Leicester" or am I just being paranoid?
sphericalfox Posted 1 May 2014 Posted 1 May 2014 there's the distinct headbutt threat during his dramatic pause at 22secs.
