Night Air Posted 15 November 2013 Posted 15 November 2013 I recommend a save with Stockport if you want a long save, they start in the Skrill North and have decent facilities and players to get you promoted easy enough, I've just got them into League 1 now and it's been good fun

Beliall Posted 15 November 2013 Posted 15 November 2013 regarding finance, is there other ways to save cash, or just habe a really low wage expenditure. mr jomo cosmos has put close to half a mill into the club for running costs, bit he allows a 40, 000 per month ( im only 4k under now after renewimg contracts and signing youngsters) wage buget. and I cant see any option to reduce costs in other areas.
Leicesterpool Posted 15 November 2013 Posted 15 November 2013 Just started a new season with Leicester, had a reasonable good pre season a good a couple of home friends plus a three match pre season tour of Germany. Started the season off with a goalless draw against Middlesbrough, can't complain really we leaked goals in the pre season. Followed by a 3-2 win against Burton in the league cup, then lost 1-2 to Leeds. At the moment it's difficult to sign players, there's no money so i'm forced to loan in players, however I've already had two turn downs. At the moment I'm looking for four players, a left back, advanced play maker in midfield, a winger & a striker. Any suggestions?

Just lost 3-4 at home to Bournemouth after leading 3-1. Freak result and nothing more. Completely played them off the park. I have never seen a side on this game play so badly and score 4 times.

Ross-Kemp Posted 16 November 2013 Posted 16 November 2013 Managed to get relegated from the premier league, board have offered me a new deal though. Knockeart is ****ing off to Marseille on a free, I've now had to sell 3 goalkeepers in 3 seasons because they refuse to sign new contracts.

Dan Posted 16 November 2013 Posted 16 November 2013 Would you say you can get through a season faster than in FM13? Yep I think you do. I'm stuttering a bit, keep suffering dodgy defeats. I'm still top yet I still see half the side that I want to improve on, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm £1.03mil over meeting FFP regulations so one of them has got to go, just not sure who.

Beliall Posted 16 November 2013 Posted 16 November 2013 ....saying that, 5 of my top youngsters have signed for other clubs rather than me, after I sold another for the money as the board are always on at me about money. since then I cant buy a win, its lime my players are just seeing out their contract. board wanted promotion it isnt going to happen with 3 games left. signed a 2 year deal though and my security is 100% as its too expensive to sack me! cone the end of the season im going to slash the wage budget by at least 50% , sell who I can and use the youth team playere to fill the gaps. after that season im gone unless I can produce a miracle
