StanSP Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Would be very happy with this. Reckon he'd compliment Morgan in central defence with Moore/Whitbread/St Ledger. Am I right in thinking Duffy was the guy who had some kind of stomach lacerations couple seasons back?
Jace Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 If hes in Miami at least he will be able to hang out there with SSL too
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 I hope he has a good spell with us if this does happen
Chazwaz Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Hopefully SSL will convince him this is the place to go (If they are friends)
Bluetintedspecs Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Hopefully SSL will convince him this is the place to go (If they are friends) Yeah I can just see SSL encouraging this move!
Foxes_Trust Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 You know that miquel picture could of been taken anywhere... It's just him in a conference room. I'd welcome a move for Shane Duffy with open arms! Cheers for the Info toffee:) We can confirm the room shown on the photo was at Wycombe (being a Trust owned club we have been in that room).
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Yeah I can just see SSL encouraging this move!Yeah come to Leicester and take my place in the team

Am I right in thinking Duffy was the guy who had some kind of stomach lacerations couple seasons back? That is him! Happened in 2010 and was out for about 18 months I think. -- Republic of Ireland international Shane Duffy has left intensive care as he continues his recovery from life-saving surgery. The 18-year-old Everton player lost two-thirds of his blood supply after rupturing his hepatic artery during a training game on Friday. However, he was today moved from the intensive care unit at Dublin's Mater Hospital to the high-dependency unit.
StanSP Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Knew it was him. Just hope nothing happens in future like that for him! What other clubs does he get to choose from, do you know?
Toffee_Fox Posted 8 August 2013 Author Posted 8 August 2013 No idea on what other clubs are in, I just told him that the foxes were the only club worth considering haha. Heard nothing about any Arsenal lads from my side, so haven't a clue about them!
The Doctor Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Unless your name is Toffee Fox, my name is ttfn and his name is Roger (like Ronaldo, just the one name) then everybody. Speak for yourself.
VLC86 Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Played 2 games in 2 years? Less injury prone than Whitbread then

Heard nothing about any Arsenal lads from my side, so haven't a clue about them! Haha good job . To be fair, I wouldn't mind only 1 of the Arsenal lads (Miquel or Yennaris) and Duffy. Don't think all 3 coming would be beneficial as at least 1 of them would barely get any playing time and it'd be an unnecessary loan.
lgfualol Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Yes please. Him, SSL and Logan can do Irish things together.
The Doctor Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Yes please. Him, SSL and Logan can do Irish things together. Logan's moustache is particularly impressive.
Toffee_Fox Posted 8 August 2013 Author Posted 8 August 2013 Played 2 games in 2 years? Has 5 first team appearances but didn't miss a game for the u21 side which reached the semi-finals of the Premier League last season, the side he captained. He is also Ireland's u21 captain, so a bit of a vocal leader at the back, Was on loan at Scunny and they absolutely loved him but he was recalled due to injuries here.
LCFC FOX Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 How people are talking to him on twitter and what the man is saying himself he will end up here
Danizen Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Cheers for this, Toffee. Do you have any info on the Fellaini situation?
Out Foxed Posted 8 August 2013 Posted 8 August 2013 Cheers for this, Toffee. Do you have any info on the Fellaini situation? Yeah, he's not coming to Leicester,
