kingfox Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Deserves a thread and a special mention today. Absolute quality performance, headed everything, blocked mostly everything, some of his headers were pretty low as well, could of easily nutted the ground or got kicked in the face. Commitment of the highest order, just brilliant. Well done Liam, best academy product since Levi Porter.
Stadt Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Why do you have to ruin a reasonably good post by being retarded at the end?
Tielemans63 Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 ****ing hell I'm in absolute agreement with Kingfox.* Must be Christmas. In all seriousness - to me it's clear Wes / Liam is our best CB combo. They certainly seen to have the most natural partnership. *except the bit about Levi Porter.
Ian W LCFC Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Him and Morgan have to be our centre back partnership. If they can get used to playing with each other week in week out we will start getting more clean sheets.
Swarles Barkley Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 absolute collosus today, got in the way of everything. hopefully learning his trade from morgan,
Spiritwalker Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Thought he was a bit ropey in the 1st half, but immense in the 2nd.
dmayne7 Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Don't get the clamouring for Miquel. He's a very tidy player and a decent defender but most of our defeats have come with him in the side. Liam has got a massive future in the game.
RowlattsFox Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Clumsy at times and I think it will need to add a little composure to make it big. Excellent when under aerial pressure and puts his body on line. Can see Morgan in him, similar styles.
foxfanazer Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Yep Wes and Moore are my preferred cb partnership You just feel he wants it more
kingfox Posted 21 December 2013 Author Posted 21 December 2013 Why do you have to ruin a reasonably good post by being retarded at the end? It's Christmas Banter. Come on four more sleeps until Santa comes. Lighten up.
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Some of the blocks going in when QPR were lining up on the edge of the box to shoot were fantastic.
StanSP Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 I love how he loves to throw his body on the line. And most of the time he does it, it comes off. Leicester through and through.
theessexfox Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Apparently playing with a broken nose from the 2nd minute too, heroic today.
AndWhat? Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Playing with a broken nose, how many premier league prima donnas would have done that? He's one of our own.
StanSP Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Did he get the broken nose during the game or before? How come there was no protection on it?
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 HE'S ONE OF OUR OWN, HES ONE OF OUR OWNNNNNN! LIAM MOORE, IS ONE OF OUR OWN
Stadt Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Playing with a broken nose, how many premier league prima donnas would have done that? He's one of our own. I love him. Santa give me Liam Moore for Christmas.
Kitchandro Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 No idea why he was dropped in the first place. He still looks better than Wasilewski IMO.
Dickov22 Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Ropey first half- kept jumping under the ball. Second half immense.
dedlock Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Too often this season defensive frailties have been our undoing. Forest was a classic example. Morgan was a colosuss most of last season. Liam today,2nd half particularly, was immense. Those two look the best CB partnership at present, going forward we need more clean sheets.
Stadt Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 Liam has been our best this defender this season, better than Wes, Was and Miquel.
kingfox Posted 21 December 2013 Author Posted 21 December 2013 Well three people don't like Levi Porter.
Crinklyfox Posted 21 December 2013 Posted 21 December 2013 The lad's still developing. He'll make mistakes but IMO he's got the ability and potential to play at a higher level. Hopefully with City.
