foxfanazer Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 I can see Wigan going away with a point from the Sheepshaggers.Maybe. Can't bet against them at the moment though
formidable1 Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 This will be another goal fest..at least 3....
harpendenfox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 A cold, wet and windy day in South London. Has all the hallmarks of a disappointing Leicester City afternoon. However, you really get a sense that this group has the bit between its teeth, and is prepared to battle it out. I bet Was would love to get amongst them this afternoon, but I suspect he won't get a chance. A draw wouldn't be a disaster this afternoon, but I think we're allowed to be greedy and hope for a tight and if necessary ugly narrow win. Hope the 1,000 plus City fans travelling down there make themselves heard and have an excellent start to the New Year
Soar Fox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 In London bridge, chucking it down and looking for a pub that's open.

Crinklyfox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 In London bridge, chucking it down and looking for a pub that's open. Should be a few, Borough Market has a couple.

That would be a disaster for you and the fans that have travelled .... but would probably be a blessing for the team ..... we'd still be top with a game in hand, and we'd have the first 11 fresher for this game having not played so many games in a short space of time.

It would only conjest the fixtures later in the season, its a good time to play these and a draw would be a decent result.

theessexfox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 About to start the car journey now, better not be rained off!
Lionheart Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 I hear it's very pleasant in Bermondsey at this time of year!
5waller5 Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Would Vardy then miss the Stoke game ? I'd hope so. I'd also hope that we play a second string side and leave the cups completely alone this year. Get everything focussed on the one aim, promotion.
Craig Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 I'd hope so. I'd also hope that we play a second string side and leave the cups completely alone this year. Get everything focussed on the one aim, promotion. Like last season...
5waller5 Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 It would only conjest the fixtures later in the season, its a good time to play these and a draw would be a decent result. To a time when we may have already been promoted, when we may have new players to ease the small squad situation ..... Although I do agree it is a good time to play them anyway .... so a win-win!! Like last season... Cynic!!
Trumpet Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 If the pitch is anything like the Luton game on at the moment, I doubt the game will start.
Wolfboy Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 My team for today KS RDL Morgan Moore Konchesky AK King Drinkwater Dyer Schlupp Nugent Hopefully a 3-0 win? Theo
Aus Fox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Hope it all goes ahead for the fans that have travelled down, pitch inspection at Crystal Palace, a palace supporting mate of mine thinks their game could be in trouble.
surrifox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 the weather is appalling now- rain as heavy as any I've seen over the holiday period . Falling onto already saturated ground means this must be at risk
kingfox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 We could do with winning this today, with all our promotion rivals being at home. But Millwall in the past have been a right bogey side for us. Bit nervous about this one.
NewburyFox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 @MillwallFC: Just to confirm, today's game at The Den is most definitely ON.
surrifox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 @MillwallFC: Just to confirm, today's game at The Den is most definitely ON. big call - another hour or so of what we've got now and they will be under water!
Brainy Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Win today, Derby, Burnley and QPR lose. Beat Derby next Friday and we'll be 10pts clear at the top. Optimistic?
