Dunge Posted 14 January 2014 Posted 14 January 2014 Larry - I would assume it happened at the Bolton match - there wouldn't be any half time scores to see at the Derby match and I understand Jack went in to talk about the ban with some officials on Friday evening. There's not much I can add to what I've already put, but to clarify a few things: I first heard about any of this on Sunday. I'd seen the poster on Facebook and found it amusing, then I saw Steve later that day and he told me what had happened, quite calmly, and way before this article had kicked off, stating that he hadn't sworn, etc. but that he had indeed described the guy as an idiot. I told him I'd laughed at the poster and he said he hadn't even seen it, but he'd heard about it. Basically, I think some people on Facebook were either pushing it as a laugh or because they thought it might help him. He wasn't orchestrating a campaign of any sort. The reason I've posted what I have is because I know the guy, I know what he's like and I wanted to offer an insight. It's not that I simply believe him because he's a friend, I believe him because of what he's like and who he is. The fact I've tried to stand up for him is because he's a friend, and a friend that hasn't deserved what he's got on here. I dare say that Steve came across as rather rude to the guy, although it sounds to me like they were both being rather rude to each other. But I'll say again - This isn't a good excuse and I agree with those who say that he should simply apologise, sign the good behaviour order and get on with life, because clearly none of this is doing him any favours.

I've been to over 900 games mate and I worked as a Steward and at 18 years old I was abused by fans week in week out but that's acceptable is it because I'd be naive thinking I wouldn't? It's no more acceptable than working in a shop and I you think so you're an "idiot" in my opinion! I just got on with it and that's what this person should have done, some people are clearly too precious! apparently from now on if any leicester fans call anyone even away supporters idiots, they will be ejected from the ground , the club will not tolerate idiotic language,

I was polite well mannered and grown up about the whole issue despite being ****ing fuming inside. it took until well after I had missed out on p1 2 and 3 watford tickets as well to sort out and resolve the issue. however at 2.15 the day before the game the club fixed me up with a ticket. p's and q's can work you know.

This week on CLUB SHOP! 3 shop staff are found selling playoff tickets to their mates (who wear hoodies) A man is evicted from the shop for wearing Nike's and bouncing. The local thicky spends an hour discussing the value of a 4-4-3 setup with the cardboard cutout of NP. All the sales people refuse to sell fox n crop clothing as its against their beliefs. Bernie wanders in...and out...and in again... "ARRRRGHHHHHHFVCKKKKYOOOOOWARRNNOOKKKKKKKKKKKKK" meanwhile... A gentleman enters and proceeds to explain how everyone in the place is stupid and if they just voted in the tories none of this would be a problem.
