Dan Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Maybe..just maybe if forest didnt mention finances in just about ever single thing they write about us then we wouldnt have to keep putting them right about it.????? An our poor delude chap wouldnt have to worry about whose posting on his forum Funny how many of them take the high horse about finances yet seem to be fully in support of a blatant moron owner. It's all going to go up in flames for them this season and they completely deserve it too. Sean Taylor â€@seantaylorpress 9m Leicester/Michael Keane 1 to watch now Derby loan over. #lcfc tried to re-sign him start of Jan. #dcfc want to extend loan. Other clubs keen I'd rather not. I don't think he's any better than Morgan, Moore and dare I say it, Wasilewski.
lgfualol Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Why would we want anymore CBs, especially young loanees like Keane. He was terrible against us.
Dan Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Will hull now do business with us again then? It doesn't involve them making derisory bids for our best players so not this time. Sports direct news (yes I know) reckon we are NOT in for him. Welcome back Hobbs
Hitesh Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 SS Website - No mention of us... http://www1.skysports.com/transfer-centre/ Hull City defender Jack Hobbs is very much a player in demand, with manager Steve Bruce admitting that Wigan, Reading andNottingham Forest are battling it out for his signature. I would expect Jack to go. We have accepted a bid from Forest, we have accepted a bid from Wigan and we have accepted a bid from Reading, so I would expect him by Friday to take up one of those options.
Jace Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 My source has informed me we have matched Wigan and Readings bid yet ours has not been accepted not really up to Jack where he goes then is it then Steve Bruce, Hull know he would pick Leicester why would he pick Wigan or Reading when he lives in Loughborough
Woollett's Wellies Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 My source has informed me we have matched Wigan and Readings bid yet ours has not been accepted not really up to Jack where he goes then is it then Steve Bruce, Hull know he would pick Leicester why would he pick Wigan or Reading when he lives in Loughborough So....The vendetta continues.
Happy Fox Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 My source has informed me we have matched Wigan and Readings bid yet ours has not been accepted not really up to Jack where he goes then is it then Steve Bruce, Hull know he would pick Leicester why would he pick Wigan or Reading when he lives in Loughborough He could easily put in a transfer request if he wants to come here up to him really.
whitlock Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Up to Hull who they accept offers from though Say that we match Reading and Wigans offer, do Hull have to accept because they have done with the other two?

Jace Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Its up to the club who they accept offers from as far as I know I bet we could offer 100k more and Hull would still refuse
artursteppe Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I like Miquel. He is quality and will prove to be a top Prem defender in the near future. If only it were with us and not the Arsenal! Buy him at the end of the season Nige. He is better than Hobbs already.
indierich06 Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Say that we match Reading and Wigans offer, do Hull have to accept because they have done with the other two? Nope, not at all.

Frank_mckenzie Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I would take the money and wave it towards wenger to see if he would be tempted to sell miquel
Saxondale Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Up to Hull who they accept offers from though Its up to the club who they accept offers from as far as I know I bet we could offer 100k more and Hull would still refuse While technically they can refuse an offer from us, if Hobbs tells them he wants to come back to Leicester and we're prepared to pay the same transfer fee, they'd have to be monumentally stupid to stop it happening for the sake of a vendetta.
artursteppe Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 If Hobbs does arrive, he would only be joint 4th choice in the Prem with Was, if we keep him, at best. Certainly by the summer I would rather us be linked with players that the likes of Newcastle, Villa and Southampton are inerested in, not bloomin' Forest and Wigan FFS.

On the flip side, he's not going to want to miss the chance to play first team football again and will probably end up joining one of the others if forced to do so.
Dan Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I'm actually not totally convinced he'd pick us over Reading or Wigan.
MC Prussian Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I like Miquel. He is quality and will prove to be a top Prem defender in the near future. If only it were with us and not the Arsenal! Buy him at the end of the season Nige. He is better than Hobbs already. For that, we haven't seen him play for as long as Hobbs, to be fair.
Socks Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 I've just literally spent all day scouring transfer blogs etc etc and there's "Jack" sh!t out there about us and Hobbs
Father Ted Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 Sean Taylor â€@seantaylorpress 9m Leicester/Michael Keane 1 to watch now Derby loan over. #lcfc tried to re-sign him start of Jan. #dcfc want to extend loan. Other clubs keen I hope there is not truth in this, Keane's inability to defend cost us last season big time.
sylofox Posted 29 January 2014 Posted 29 January 2014 David Burns â€@bbcburnsy 16m Steve Bruce says up to Jack Hobbs where he moves, bids accepted from Forest, Reading and Wigan. Nowt from Leicester so far. #hcafc #nffc Starting to think sky got this all wrong. The storey should have been. LCFC make an offer to FoxesTalk for Jace Hobbs. If that is the case they have no need to make an offer I'll give them a £5 to take him.
