QPR Vs Reading

The fact that Reading's goal has hardly been peppered since the red card is a sad endictment of QPR's prospects.

They will really struggle to go up on the basis of what I have seen last week against Derby and today against Reading...

Why do people worry about teams like Reading??

Are you watching the game??? They're poor and way behind us, why on earth would they be a threat!

Reading haven't played poor, brilliant up until the red card - and have defended their lead well.

It's been a very average game .... between two pretty average looking sides. We are a million miles better than either of them.

They went on a fantastic run two years ago though and we are only 17 points ahead of them.

Good job we've got a game in hand.

Speaks volumes really when QPR can't beat a 10 man Reading that are all over the place where consistency is concerned. They keep on like this and they'll be fighting it out in the play-offs.

Finished, 1-3, good result for us.

Unlike us, QPR don't look like a team. Buying every player is not how football works, and certainly not how you get out of this division. I'm so glad we've got Nigel Pearson as manager, our signings this season have been coy yet the experience of Phillips, Hammond and Taylor-Fletcher will be vital both on and off the field.

That's the difference between us and the rest of the chasing pack in my opinion.

The only team in the top six to have beaten us is Forest, whereas we've beaten QPR away, Reading at home and Derby twice.

It's all very well being to sweep aside the mid-table and relegation strugglers, but you won't win the league unless you can beat your promotion rivals.

We would have to go on the worst run ever , only 16 games left, to gain 17 on a side in 16 is near impossible... stop being ridiculous.. In fact reading only have 15 games left lol

I think QPR would be better off tactically if they appointed the dog that Harry named his overseas bank account after, and I am being completely serious.

Good game almost ruined by the ref and Goodman...again.

Some serious questions have got to be asked of that cvnt. I have never seen such a dishonest pundit as him. He's sitting there, watching countless replays and still lying through his teeth. He does it in every match. He's decided his opinion before he's seen the evidence.

He can't really believe that was a red card, surely? I'm convinced he's just being a nob about it. It was the most obvious yellow card you'll ever see. Disgusting decision and I'm tired of pundits sitting there and saying 'don't even give the referee a chance to send you off'. Oh right then Don, so don't slide tackle anyone ever because the referees are all incompetent. Great insightful opinion that. willy puller.

Great result for us, should have watched it on mute in hindsight. Reading thoroughly deserved and even against 10 men QPR created bugger all. 2nd place very much up for grabs but Burnley are in a great position themselves now.
