crisp packet Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 on a side note shef utd pitch invasion at FT whistle To be fair there 90 mins from wembley . Fair play to them not had a lot to cheer about in the league ....
leicesterisme Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Hahahahaha ref, fvcking hell. That is a horrendus decision.
The Guvnor Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 What a goal by McCleary, Harsh red card IMO
Guest Bilo Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 QPR don't even look like a team. Just a weird mix of has-beens, unknowns and Barton, all being made to try to play together. They remind me of a slightly more accomplished version of us under Micky Adams when we were in the Premier League. Some big names and a bit of talent, but the average age of the squad is a good four or five years too high for them to sustain any great success. It does seem that their swagger started to go tits up when we went to Loftus Road and did them though, which coincided with the start of our winning run of course. As a result, it's difficult to see them catching us without us messing it up.
tommypello Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Is Joey Barton the biggest **** in the history of football? 2nd biggest behind mr Wise
darko2k7 Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Sky going on about it like it was a two footed ,off the ground attack . it was simply a missed timed tackle . I think it's the speed that he as gone into the tackle that as fooled the ref . O well i don't really care that much
Chazwaz Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 To be fair there 90 mins from wembley . Fair play to them not had a lot to cheer about in the league .... I think they play Sheff Wednesday as well, they could well end up at Wembley!
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 2nd biggest behind mr WiseI second thisWise was far worse Biggest Cnut in the history of cnuts
kingfox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 I would actually be wary of Reading tbh, they made a push last time and ended up getting promoted. Of the sides around 6th to 10th, Reading will probably be the team who will come to the fore as a late threat. QPR as proven with their goal scoring chart, they relied on Austin constantly, now he is injured it's no surprise that they are starting to slip. I'd be very very surprised if the likes of Johnson, Doyle & Maiga help them get automatic promotion.
Tielemans63 Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Forest game takes on even more significance if Reading can see this one out. A win on weds would be huge.
AKCJ Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Benayoun 2nd biggest behind mr Wise Aye you're right there.

Even if they go on a storming run they won't get more than about 85 points.

Guest Bilo Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Reading have almost certainly given themselves too much to do if they want to catch us; a 17 point gap with 15 games to go doesn't just require a storming run, it requires a collapse from us as well. It's unlikely that both would happen in my view.
ScouseFox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Reading lose a defensive leader for 3 games and take 3 points off our nearest rival. Win, win.
sylofox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 They are still six wins behind us, they'd have to really go some to catch us. If Reading catch us it is our own fault and to be honest we don't deserve to go up. 17pts behind and we have a game in hand atm. If we need to worry about Reading we should give up now.

sdb Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Reading cannot finish 1st. If they catch us we've seriously messed up, especially if they're without their 1st choice CB for 3 games (harsh red). Great result if they can hold this. A win for us on Wednesday would be huge.
TJB-fox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 QPR losing and reading losing one of their stalwarts at the back for 2 or 3 games. Bliss.

A win for us on Wednesday and I just won't be able to see past automatic promotion for us. It'd put us 14 points clear of third with 15 games remaining. I not only think we're too good to blow that sort of lead, I'm far from convinced anybody else is good enough to claw back that sort of deficit in so short a space of time.
5waller5 Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Why do people worry about teams like Reading?? Are you watching the game??? They're poor and way behind us, why on earth would they be a threat!
fazzyfox Posted 16 February 2014 Posted 16 February 2014 Assou Ekotto subbed but still their 2nd best left back this season, the first being that Squirrell.
