As of now - NONE of them have signed him or probably even made an offer. We're in the hunt IF we want him. Early move would be a good idea even before the Prem season finishes.

I mean - even if any of it is true (our interest and their interest) - we could still price them out or he could still just choose the premier league over Spain?

My point wasn't that he'd choose us if they tabled an offer. More that being "linked" with a club usually means that, at best, a scout has been seen watching him or just as likely his agent is feeding the press to drum up interest. That or it's tabloid speculation to fill rumour columns. You just never really know what's happening.
