Guest Col city fan Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I thought people said we would play our best side until we were champions? Clearly not!
Beliall Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 What's with the odd kick off time? could someone explain please?
Soar Fox Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I'd like to see our strongest 11 out until we've won the league. Hopefully the players coming in will do a job and get the victory tonight.

Fatty Arbuckle Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I am surprised at the team selection, but to be honest I don't actually think it matters all that much now Vardy is back. The last few games have further proved how vital he is to us. I think we have the squad to cope with the loss of almost any outfield player and bringing in the likes of Konchesky, Hammond or King wouldn't normally affect us or the way we play. As long as Vardy is playing. I think it's vital to sign another striker who plays the way he does, without the pace and commitment that he offers high up the pitch we just don't look the same team.
Brooksy Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Fair enough James and Schlupp must be pissed off but that's still a capable enough team providing they're not steaming. I'm still expecting the 3 points tonight.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Would keep playing our best side until the job is done. Even then I'd give youth a go over our part-timers.

Tielemans63 Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Not usually one to criticize any player but I have to be honest, when I see Dean Hammond's name in the starting line-up I can't help but let out a sigh. I don't dislike the guy I just think of the 4 senior CMs we have in the squad he is by far the least talented. If Jamesis out today I would have much preferred to see Kingy alongside DD. IMHO Kingy offers much more, DH is too 1 dimensional for me, not a bad option if it's late in a game and you need to hold on to possession but not a starter for me. Watch him have a stormer now!
Rushden fox Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Konch n Hammond shop window to move them on.. It's business
GingerrrFox Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Schlupp must be ****ing fuming. Games like tonight could be the difference between going/not going to the World Cup in the summer.
Tielemans63 Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Konch n Hammond shop window to move them on.. It's business I had thought the same thing mate. Think you're right.
Guest Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Why would Schluup and James be pissed off? They get a night off now we're promoted. Probably back in the team at the weekend. Shouldn't think they mind one bit.
stevelcfc Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Konch n Hammond shop window to move them on.. It's business He signed a new contract a matter of weeks ago.

King away in a 2 man midfield is a disaster waiting to happen, as we all should know by now.

MC Prussian Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 So, Schlupp IS starting ahead of Konchesky at LB.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Nice to see the vindication has started before the match is still an hour from kick off.
MrSpaM Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Starting to think the club keep giving stringer incorrect team sheets on purpose
MikeyT Posted 14 April 2014 Author Posted 14 April 2014 Error from Ian Stringer...SCHLUPP DOES START!!!
