MGLCFC Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Whilst I like Dickov as a player - this my club and I want us to win, not because I hope it send Donny down, but it keeps that winning mentality going into next season. I don't think the players will want to put on another horror show like the Brighton game and will want to finish the season in style, so I'm hoping for a comfortable 3 - 0 win, Nuge getting his 20th league goal, Wasyl opening his account and Knockaert scoring a wonder goal. It would be fitting that Birmingham lost their last two games and therefore Donny can party also. Team Kasper DeLaet Morgan Wasyl Konchesky (not risk JS for World Cup) James Drinkwater King Mahrez Nugent Knockaert Subs Logan Moore Hammond Dyer GTF Phillips Wood Don't risk Vardy aggravating an injury that could keep him out of pre season.
fuchsntf Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 NP has already, said....."no let up, I have informed players no time for sympathy, a proffesional job, we have to perform to respect the League and other teams"...... Obviously a shortened version He wants all he can get records best ever..etc , etc. I see an hard fought start, then a few goals,....howzabout a stonking.....5-2.
El Sieffsi Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 First things first..any pubs in town/around the ground open before 11am?

Kitchandro Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 I'd like to see our full strength team, it's the last game of the season and we should celebrating by seeing us put on a show. We can't take the game lightly, I want 102 points and Doncaster have to get a result to stay up, so it won't be an easy game. I hope we win but would like Birmingham to go down instead.
Happy Fox Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Kasper De Laet Morgan Wasyl Konchesky Mahrez James Drinkwater King Dyer Nugent
promised land Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 So, this is the end. The end of 10 torturous years of championship football, i hope Nige puts out a full-strength side and we finish the season in style. All i want is to reach 100 points to cap an unforgettable season. My prediction: 2-1 to the foxes. It is the end and in some ways I don't want it to end as it's been a magical season, 2nd half even more than the first. But we will be eating from the top table in August which is just as exciting. 1-0 tight game as they are fighting for their life's but I think we will out play them to win.
Swarles Barkley Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Kasper De laet Moore Morgan Schlupp (if fit) Drinkwater James Mahrez Knockaert Dyer Nugent 4-1 win. Nuge x2, mahrez, Drinks
MC Prussian Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 On one hand, I'd really want us to break through the 100-point barrier. On the other hand, we're more than likely to send Doncaster down with a win or a draw and I'd hate that, knowing what it feels like getting relegated on the last day of the season - looking back at the 2007/2008 campaign. Birmingham would need one more point out of their last two games and they'd scrape by on goal difference, mind.
MGLCFC Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 you would drop Dyer and put Knockaert in, interesting Yep - Knockaert has been a key player this year and Dyer struggled at Donny as their full back matched him for pace (obviously I don't know if the same player will be playing) Donny are a big side and IMO it's creativity that will break them down.
AKCJ Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 If we get a penalty and Nuge is already on 20 goals then I hope Was gets to take it.
XLM Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 In fairness Doncaster will have so much to play for. Won't be an easy game. I suspect a similar game to ours vs Stoke when we got relegated to League 1.
Stadt Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Must win game. Has anybody actually said that seriously this season? Sadly it'll be re-emerging next season
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Kasper De laet Morgan Wasyl Shlupp Mahrez Drinky James Knocky Vardy(if fit) Nugent
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Has anybody actually said that seriously this season? Sadly it'll be re-emerging next season I've said it every game
MGLCFC Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 Would take a 4 - 4 draw. We'd then have 100 points and probably more goals scored than Derby
Bayfox Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 First things first..any pubs in town/around the ground open before 11am? Yep all the spoons. If you dare venture in!!! We went in for 1 before qpr and then quickly moved on at 11.
MGLCFC Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 We've already scored more than derby Think you'll find Derby have scored 83 to our 82!
steveherbe Posted 27 April 2014 Posted 27 April 2014 First things first..any pubs in town/around the ground open before 11am? Local hero is doing breakfast from 0800 I believe.
