Which do you think was the biggest factor behind this season?

Man management for me, our two most important players this season were written off last summer by even some of the usually decent posters on here. Any world-class coach would be proud of that turnaround if shown. Nige ignored all the boo-boys and it struck gold on the very first day of the season, and the three of them never looked back. 1st and 2nd in all of our Player of the Season votes.

Away form is what's prevented us going up for years. We've been as good as anyone at home for ages, it was just 18th-esque away form that prevented it.

Away form has been the biggest turnaround from last season imo although I'd say the ability to win points from a losing position this season has been something we've been lacking for a while.

Prevented a hangover.

Got that horrible day out of the players' heads immediately. Dust yourself off and move on was the motto and ethos all season. Instilled belief and confidence back in to the players and brought in experience to help get over what happened and push us on.

All of the above.

If pushed though I'd go with his change of the squad and change of ethos and attitude over a period of time as his greatest achievement.

To clear out all of most of Sven's midtable garbage that caused a near on 100million deficit and turn it into a squad on course to meet FFP that was also younger and capable of winning the Championship with a 100 point total in just under two and half years is just absolutely remarkable.

It's one of the best tenures I've seen in football, long may it continue.

The away form is unbelievable, no side has won 14 away games in this division since Fulham and Bolton in 2001.

Preventing a hangover was vital, winning three of the first four gave us a platform.

Preventing a Watford hangover. First half at Middlesborough was dire, but second half we turned it up and everybody there could see this is the team we could be. Even walking back from the ground, 'Boro fans were saying how we really deserved to beat them.

Pearson's signings should get a mention as well. Very coy, yet essential. The experience of all four signings were obviously as big off field regardless of how many minutes they played on the field.

How do we reckon he turned the away form around? Mostly to do with being able to call on Hammy, GTF, Wasyl?

I think having a settled midfield partnership this year has really helped. We've seen the player that James can be and Drinky's been phenomenal. Was has definitely added some steel but being able to dominate a midfield away from home has probably been the biggest difference.

It's allowed us to impose our game on the opposition and that allied with Vardy's pace and relentless running has led to the upturn in away form for me.

I'd credit the players rather than the manager for preventing a hangover. He said himself the players came back in good spirits. As such it's the away form for me, improved magnificently on last season.

Could have been Pearson being modest, I bet he did plenty to help them. He's no Sean Dyche remember...

I think Nigel Person greatest triumph has been man managment, just a shame Chris Woods couldn't kick on from last year. Hopefully Nigel Person can get him going next year.

Getting rid of shit!

I'm a big believer of deadwood bring the whole team down and starving success off.

Preventing a Watford hangover is down to Pearson but at the same time I felt that it's kind of down to the players to pick themselves up from that, take it as a positve as in it's an experience they should never want to experience ever again and push them on to be better.
