C-man Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 He's had a great season for Augsburg who have been an absolute revelation this season. He didn't start the season but once he forced his way into the team he's been pretty much an ever-present. Basically coincided with their surge up the table. Not much of a goal threat but he'd be useful in both boxes from set pieces and perhaps could be our defensive man if we do go with three in midfield.
dpjfox Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 looks physical enough for the prem and young enough to intigrate/develop with current squad, NP is quoted to say he wants to move fast and be ahead of rivals in the transfer market, lets prove it, if hes on the "wanted list" why not get an offer in. Although Terry Robinson is organising transfers, i doubt a big noney player will sign before talking to NP

Ian ormandroid i think played midfield he would make crouch look small Ormandroyd was a striker, not prolific but he hung around up top! The last tall midfielder I can remember was Junior Lewis (shudder).

80footgiraffe Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 I watched Augsburg on tv this season twice i think, he stood out as a strong player, for the right price this could be a strong signing. Slow, but strong and tall, good way to strengthen in between James and Drinkwater

LCCFox96 Posted 8 May 2014 Posted 8 May 2014 I don't about anyone else but I wouldn't mind a big German in the side. Google imaged him and for 22 he's built like a brick shit house. Could be the physical, defensive option people were looking for and a good addition to our midfield. He's certainly an exciting prospect.
