Recovered your money back from the £100 you put on us to stay up. Fair play

lol

That was my first thought Walshy, to be fair. The big result IMO for US tonight was Hull not winning.

I can still see Burnley, QPR and Hull finishing below us.

Probably mad, but just got a feeling.

Right, let's get this clear. Nobody is blaming Foster for our relegation, nobody is absolving blame for our position from our manager and players, nobody is saying we are unlucky, nobody is saying we are guaranteed to stay up even if Foster had been a proper keeper and caught the ball and held onto it until full time and we go a point further away instead of three.

BUT, in that particular moment, we went into a significantly worse position in 30 seconds of brainless goalkeeping. It was unexpected, it was laughable and it hurt us as fans. People are going to, in the heat of the moment, react in an angry and frustrated way. It is a natural thing when a team's position worsens.

So yes, you might all have expected us to go down and weren't bothered by that incident, fine. But some of us were clinging on desperately, deludedly maybe, that we might have a chance, however slim. It worsened in a moment of mad play from one player.

Our players and manager are to blame for our current placing. For 5 minutes, we were pissed off with someone else. We'll be back to slagging of our own in 24 hours.

Errr well no... We have an easier run in than Sunderland had and with more games to play.

Sorry, scrap that, we're shit, everythings shit. That more like it for you?

Thanks pal, life is better now. Praise Jesus.

People still banging on about the Burnley freekick? From that distance if you can get the ball up and over the wall and down again it deserves a goal simple as that.. Kasper positioning wasn't that bad and was backed up by two of the best Premier League keepers ever seen.

end.

is "what's good for the goose?" an actual saying? if so what does it mean and will it get a tinder response? place your bets

What do we do in the 23 hours and 55 minutes in between?

Would rather go back to the days where a sacking would be a rarity. Football is turning to shit because of it.

I imagine West Brom. Palace, Forest and Norwich all think the same. Our owners bottled it. Pearson should of gone in November. Weve been terrible since October and shown absolutely no sign of improvement. 4 wins all year in a very average league is a joke.

Summed that post up in one word, very good, well done.

BUT, I always says everyone entitled to their opinions and if they want to believe fair play to them but that one word really does sum it up.

Not necessarily blaming Kasper, just that it looked like a goal and a game that a relegated team lose even at that stage. I've already said how insane that is given where we were at the time and it only being one goal and one game, but still.

It was the needless challenge leading upto it too which sums up our season Ash and the feeling of defaet even though we got a point.

That really seems like a pivotal moment in the season now dont it?

Foster was Villas best player tonight. Had an absolute shocker of a night!

Unfortunately Villa, although not great, certainly look better than under Lambert.

Playing with more tempo, passion and actually have players trying to get into the penalty box now, while under Lambert there was very little of any of that.

I`ve been saying to people  for a while now, that if we can be no more than 5 points from safety after the Man City game, then providing we get our act together against the so called lesser lights of this league, we could still save ourselves.

That last minute Villa goal has left us 7 points off safety with Man City to come, anything less than an unlikely win for us tomorrow, and sadly  i think it`s going to be too much for us to do.

Come on Matt. You can't seriously believe that no one has blamed/is blaming our players and manager for our predicament?

There's plenty of that all over this forum. It was just clear to see that a cock of a goalkeeper, irrelevant of what we have done or are going to do, gave a ridiculous penalty away which made us further away from safety.

I can't understand why you've got such a problem with people slagging him off in the heat of the moment.

what is actually good for the goose? why you talking in code col what's going on?

just googled that phrase all makes sense now. got unmatched on tinder. not good for any geese.

watching games over here, I've had to put up  with the same 4 or 5 teams week in week out, so it was actually enjoyable to watch a full blooded brum derby with  the added spice of relegation  desperation, and not a top 4 team in sight.

and hutton is a dirty little git.
