That's the problem with the England squad at the minute if you ask me. Every other nationality have players from loads of different clubs, whereas we are too pro 'big team'. Pretty sure the last time England won anything was when there was a Leicester player in the squad.

It had no legitimacy the moment they put Vinnie Jones in there anyway. Might have been crap, might have had some terrible people with opinions but it wasn't malicious as some of the reactions here are making out. Lord almighty.

How they could dedicate 5 minutes to the show of deciding whether Gerrard, Lampard or Scholes deserve a place in the team is beyond me. Nice to see Steve McClaren locked out the managerial post before both South Africa and Brazil though.

The career highlight of the ‘celebrities’ on here will be to switch on the Christmas Lights in Peterborough one year. Terrible terrible television.
