dogadug Posted 27 August 2014 Share Posted 27 August 2014 Ludogorets v Steaua went to penalties, Ludogorets goalkeeper was sent off in the last minute of extra time so an outfield player had to go in goal for the peno's, saved 2 of them and scored his own to send Ludogorets through to the Champions League for the first time. Great story Just got back. Absolute madness. And that after Ludogorets had equalised in the last minute of normal time. From local league to Champions League in about 5 years, quite a fairy tale. Think that is quite a testing group for us and also will give us a chance of getting out of the group, rather finish 4th than 3rd so it means we wouldn't piss about with the Europa League.
