Whilst the lure of Liverpool is great he would be a bloody idiot to go there. If not us than Southampton are good shouts for his development. Would take him in a flash.

Someone linked an article the other day where an agent says any transfer link in the media with three clubs is almost always a ploy by the player/agent and only one club is genuinely interested. In this case, SSN are reporting that Southampton have had a bid rejected so I'm guessing the link to us and Liverpool is a load of rubbish...

Right back. Since De Laet is better I don't think 10 million for a fringe player is good business.

How much do yo want for McCormack, £10m. What about Ulloa, £10m. How about Deeney, £10m. What about Byram, £10m.

No he isn't, don't recall him ever playing left-back for Leeds.

Used to play with him. Haven't spoken to him in a few years but I'm sure I would have heard about this if it was true. Got a few mates who still know him well. Think we've just been thrown into the article.

 

He won't want to go all the way to Southampton I don't think unless the wages are crazy. Still lives in York.

 

I don't think he'd be too mad to go to Liverpool either. He has serious potential, always thought he'd play for England at some point.

 

Oh and he isn't a left back. Played on the right wing, but right back mostly.

Probably not worth 10m if hes only a right back then, take him for 5.

Would be a very good signing. Season before last he was one of the best in the league and was linked with Man City etc.

Leeds fans speak very highly of him (like Vardy last year, he won a lot of penalties for them two seasons ago). Would certainly give De Laet a run for his money.
