Jimothy Posted 26 August 2014 Posted 26 August 2014 Yep a half arsed team full of people who have been told they can leave and kids like James and Keane is really going to do sooo well against full strength MK dons who are well up for it. They were hardly battered were they. And people questioning what to do next lol This is the post you claim was about the Swansea game. Misread his post or not, this clearly isn't about the Swansea game. Now don't call me a bore and stop posting when pissed

Guest Col city fan Posted 26 August 2014 Posted 26 August 2014 Man U are in absolute disarray! I've not seen anything like it. They simply don't have a defence!
Jimothy Posted 26 August 2014 Posted 26 August 2014 It's not, but the sentence 'hardly battered were they' is about the Swansea game. Maybe it's too hard for you to take in. Maybe you want to add "by Swansea" to make yourself a little clearer seeing as it wasn't just me who thought you were talking about the MK Dons match. None of us are mind readers.
Eddie Big Balls Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 That was one of the worst games of football I've ever seen from one of our teams - that includes those pre-season games featuring a 'United XI' and most of our u21 games. Welbeck was good but had absolutely nothing to work with, de Gea wasn't that good but couldn't have really done that much with any of the goals, Wilson looked as good as he always does and Pereira was encouraging in that midfield role, but none of the rest should be at the club by this time next season. Not good enough and not only that, but the worst thing is the attitudes. Our squad has been getting more and more soft for a long time now, and nobody has balls or professional pride any more, something which is totally unforgivable and not related to how good you are at football. I don't think Keane is ready, and am starting to doubt if he ever will be, James is solid but nothing more and you have to be more than that to play for a team like United, Evans has really really let me down as the best player I have ever seen play for our underage teams and he just gets worse when he should be coming into his prime. I really expect better of him. OK rant over for now but I could say so much more...
Grandad. Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 To be honest it would probably explain why you spend a lot of time brown nosing Uncle Albert. At least he can admit to being a red. Who wouldn't want to brown nose me. It's two games into the Premier League season, people are injured and they've not finished signing everyone yet. By your logic though Spurs will finish champions. Mate, they are f*****g woeful. To lose 4-0 to a League One side with internationals out is a disgrace. Van Gaal has come in with this tactical genius impression because Holland apparently were so good at the World Cup, wonder if people can even remember Holland in the knock out part of the competition? Scraped through against Mexico with two late goals and then failed to score v Costa Rica and Argentina in 240 minutes of football. I think the Spain result plastered over a lot of Holland's tournament. 3-5-2 clearly won't work for Man United with the current bunch of average footballers, two of the signings clearly aren't even Van Gaal signings, Woodward wanted Shaw and Herrera in January. Shaw played 25 Premier League games in 2012-13 and 35 in 2013-14, 60 league games and has just turned 19, yet Van Gaal thinks the lad is unfit, Van Gaal brings in his new (which are very out dated) methods and tells Luke Shaw he is unfit, next thing Shaw is injured in training and out for a month. Brings in Rojo, whether Van Gaal plays him wing back or centre back he isn't good enough, not fit or quick enough to play wing back and he isn't a leader at centre half which Man United are crying out for. Di Maria is clearly a world class footballer, he will bring something to Man United, he has too, he is that good not too. But a question, put yourself as the current Man United manager with the nice Audi car and being paid a huge amount of money, would you look at your current squad when you insist on playing 3-5-2 then go out and sign Angel Di Maria or would you look and think you need maybe two centre backs and box to box dog of a central midfielder? Very poor management in his short reign so far as United manager and long may it continue.

RowlattsFox Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 at those Leeds fans celebrating like they'd win the cup a few minutes ago. Stuart Taylor is still shit I see.
Corky Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 Nice to see the Leeds fans taking defeat with all their usual grace and class.
Corky Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 Fairly dull draw too, the lower teams who knocked out the Premier League sides either got Championship or League One clubs, even the all Premier League games are West Brom v Hull, Palace v Newcastle, Sunderland v Stoke.
Asha Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 Third Round Draw: Chelsea v Bolton Wanderers Arsenal v Southampton West Bromwich Albion v Hull City Crystal Palace v Newcastle United Leyton Orient v Sheffield United Cardiff City v Bournemouth Sunderland v Stoke City Derby County v Reading Liverpool v Middlesbrough Milton Keynes Dons v Bradford City Manchester City v Sheffield Wednesday Burton Albion v Brighton & Hove Albion Swansea City v Everton Shrewsbury Town v Norwich City Fulham v Doncaster Rovers Tottenham Hotspur v Nottingham Forest At least two League One clubs into the last 16 then. Winnable games for Shrewsbury and Burton of League Two as well.
Leicesterpool Posted 27 August 2014 Posted 27 August 2014 What a poor draw that is, the draw itself in the studio looked quite amateur.
Jaspa Posted 23 September 2014 Posted 23 September 2014 Tonights games Capital One Cup - Third Round Arsenal V Southampton Cardiff V Bournemouth Derby V Reading Leyton Orient V Sheff Utd Liverpool V Middlesbrough MK Dons V Bradford Shrewsbury V Norwich Sunderland V Stoke Swansea V Everton Fulham V Doncaster 20:00 C'mon Shrewsbury
promised land Posted 23 September 2014 Posted 23 September 2014 I know a Liverpool fan on here said how good the Cambiasso song was, but 2 mins into their game tonight I'm sure I just heard part of it.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 23 September 2014 Posted 23 September 2014 I know a Liverpool fan on here said how good the Cambiasso song was, but 2 mins into their game tonight I'm sure I just heard part of it. It's quite common, Wednesday used to sing it for Jose Semedo.
Des. Posted 23 September 2014 Posted 23 September 2014 Cardiff are woeful, why the bloody hell did I pick them in my accumulator!
