VinceNoir Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 ****ing hell what a set of gnashers that paulista bloke has
purpleronnie Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Such a shame looking at the teams that have gone through this weekend... Still probably end up with a Man Utd v Arsenal final.
Fox92 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Such a shame looking at the teams that have gone through this weekend... Exactly. It was our greatest chance this year. Granted Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United (no doubt they'll beat Preston) are still in it but it's still open. Especially when you consider Bradford, Reading and Blackburn are all through.
ADK Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 The 3 favourites are still there we should have been looking at about a 50/50 chance of going to Wembley.
Leicesterpool Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Still probably end up with a Man Utd v Arsenal final. Probably sadly I have to say every time it's an all top four final I don't bother watching.
marko Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Probably sadly I have to say every time it's an all top four final I don't bother watching. There's only been about 2 top four finals in the last 10 years.
Leicesterpool Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 There's only been about 2 top four finals in the last 10 years. three
KFS Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Jermaine Beckford (ear infection), who scored when Leeds beat United in the FA Cup in 2010, will miss the match. lol
bovril Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 A big blow for Preston. Beckford's always had an ear for goal.
Grandad. Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Good second half performance from us v Palace, went up a few more gears. Hope Arsenal draw Man United/Preston.
The Doctor Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 West Brom at home - that'd have been a decent tie. Bradford at home to Reading, that's very winnable. C'mon you Bantams.
ScouseFox Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 could that draw have been any better for liverpool . one of reading/Bradford in the Wembley semifinal.
bovril Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 That draw, Jesus. We could have been playing Bradford or Reading in the semi finals....
ADK Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 West Brom at home would have been very winnable. One of Man U or Arsenal guaranteed to go out. Reading yet to play a top division side and now only need to beat Bradford to get a day out at Wembley. Gerrardpool get a good draw.
Matt Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Why did we **** about yesterday? I'd have been seriously getting excited about Wembley if we were still in it, don't get me wrong West Brom would have been a tough encounter but it would certainly be winnable, mind you no it wouldn't because we'd **** about against them.
ADK Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 You think we'd beat a Pulis side? They would be favourites. TP wants cup success, he's got nothing to prove. They'll also feel they've got a 50/50 chance at getting to the final and into Europe. Anything could happen though.
Stevosevic Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 I wouldn't have been pleased with WBA at home.
Jimothy Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 could that draw have been any better for liverpool . one of reading/Bradford in the Wembley semifinal. They won't get one of those guaranteed, they could still draw Man Utd/Arsenal or WBA/Villa. It's not like the champion league where they draw the semi final line up along with the quater final.
ScouseFox Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 They won't get one of those guaranteed, they could still draw Man Utd/Arsenal or WBA/Villa. It's not like the champion league where they draw the semi final line up along with the quater final. yeah they were different statements. just saying it was a great draw for liverpool, and that one of Bradford or reading will be in the semis, not that they'll meet liverpool . Probably will though knowing their luck.

Probably will though knowing their luck. sorry just the way I read it then. Would be typical that we'll either have a final between two of Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool after all the talk of excitement and upsets in this years cup. Or the outsider in the final will be ****ing Reading, when everyone wants it to be Bradford.
Corky Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 Our game was better than this for all the complaning about it beforehand.
ScouseFox Posted 16 February 2015 Posted 16 February 2015 lmao "why have leicester loaned out gallagher again?!" oh dear
