There's crossroads near me which I use everyday. The number of times I'm waiting to turn right and I regularly see drivers speeding up to beat the lights. If the lights turn red before the get to the junction, they're going full tilt and can't stop.

 

A few years ago an ambulance got T boned and was overturned by somebody doing just that.

The country's loaded with these dicks and I could be pretty certain none of them have "business or commercial use" on their insurance. If they even have insurance.

I was hoping it would be that cyclist in London who is always out to get people on YT as he has nothing better to do!

 

Can't understand what the driver of the car has done wrong in this instance though.  The cyclist has caused the issue, plain and simple.

I'm guessing they would have to upload their insurance to prove they're covered before they can take work with a delivery firm or it's included in the fees they pay.

 

I'm just guessing though.

My own shit driving.

 

Half pulled into a car park space with plan to reverse into one across the way, but the car I I had clocked but assumed (wrongly) wasn't turning into the bit of the car park I was in was right behind me.

 

I put car into reverse without realising he's there and start to move off and the car's collision detection kicks in and stops the car dead, disaster averted.

 

It's never done that before like that - it's usually a warning and a bit of a nudge on the brakes but this was a proper intervention, not just a suggestion.

That was on FB earlier but the suggestion was it was live pigs that had been decimated by traffic.

Genuinely lost count heading into the city and down Fosse Road today. 

 

The worst though was a car being a yard from hitting me as it turned into the pavement... Somehow the driver thought it was my fault?  nevermind the no parking sign, pedestrian right of way and me having eyes in the back of my head.

Pulling past a parking space in Fosse Park so I can reverse in and a car follows so close behind that I have to completely abandon the manoeuvre. And then they drive past the space.

Cycling along a street in New Parks, when three youngsters on scooters, I guess aged no more than 10, were coming towards me in the opposite direction. One on the pavement the other two edging towards my side of the road.

Sod 'em I thought, I'm not moving out the way or stopping they can get back on their side of the road.

As they drew nearer and nearer, it was obvious they hadn't even seen me as they were so deep in conversation with each other, so I had to edge my side of the road quite tightly.

They passed by, totally oblivious to my presence.
