Elderly drivers:

Driving too slow (even in 30mph roads)

Not indicating

Having shit lane discipline.

Being unable to park inside the bays

I realise this applies to many other demographics but today it's just elderly people who have been shite

Arggggh this a million times!   I live near a road where it goes from 50kmh to 30kmh at the top of a hill with a small incline and a school on it.  Most people simply stop accelerating at this point as the remaining sliver of road before the descent begins acts as a natural brake and you end up rolling down the hill at a speed somewhere between the two limits.  Around school in and out times people are a bit more cautious about the 30 limit, but my fvcking word the amount of mums and dads who feel they need to make a point about road safety by trundling down the hill to this private school in their 4x4s at about half the speed limit with their brakes on does my head in no end.

Been driving in Bradford a day and I can already see why insurance is stupidily high - despite having right of way (they were merging onto a main road), some audi driver decided he was pulling out on top of me, forcing me to slam on the brakes. Then at a mini roundabout I've got a stream of cars coming across me from my right - so I'm stopped waiting for a break for me to go through. Taxi driver behind me just sits on his horn at this - apparently not trying to cause a crash annoys him...

What gets my goat is the ones driving 35 in a 60 and then speed up when they get to a 30.Tazer them I say ,oh and the shitflickers my way whio drive with a trailer and then another tractor immediately behind them. They also seem to spend most of the time on their mobiles. They drive about 40mph which makes it virtually impossible to overtake .

I had this earlier too. Now I'm not one to shy away from my right of way which has given me a bit of a rep for driving like a cvnt amongst my friends (funnily we always use my car anyway so they can't be that upset with my habit of forcibly using the road as it was intended), so when you're honking me for not pulling out into traffic you know you must be a massive dickhead. lol

Thing is, as a cabbie, surely he should be delighted at hold ups because he can charge more? By not driving into traffic I'm creating business for him.

That Bradford ring road is a mini grand prix and the local trick is actually like London. Pull out and if anyone hits your side it's their fault.

Especially hard in the dark but at least you don't see how utterly depressing Bradford looks in the day.

British motorway users.  Again. lol

You lot are still just as colonial as ever only instead of laying claim to a country that you have no divine right to it's the middle bloody lane.  The amount of times I overtook someone by simply sticking to 70mph in the left-hand lane I may as well have been driving in Europe!

People who cant stick to a lane on a roundabout. Its really not that difficult.

Lorries who just assume that a split second indication gives them the right to just pull out in front of you

Also people who indicate right when going straight over a roundabout.

All this happened this morning. Drives me ****ing insane

NOTHING..... wow, the school/Xmas holidays are a joy.

I pulled out of the drive without having to wait, fluked a green at every set of traffic lights and had a NON stop run all the way to work. The trip usually take around 25 mins, this morning... 14-15 minutes... bliss :)

People who don't understand engine braking or just easing off the throttle in motorway/dual carriageway traffic and jam on the brakes any time there's even a 1mph fluctuation in traffic speed

****ing hell, this. Every time I go between SHeffield and Leicester and there's the slightest bit of traffic there's so many of these idiots who's brake lights are constantly on up the arse of the car in front. Makes me wonder how they even worked out how to operate a car in the first place. It's like they think they have to have their foot on either the accelerator or the brake at any one time.

Driving down St George's way yesterday morning , car in front of me was driving really slow. He could hardly see through his windscreen because he hadn't cleared the snow properly. I moved into the outside lane to get passed him , he honks his horn at me , winds down his window and gives me the middle finger. Not quite sure why he was mad with me :)

Add to this when you're trundling along in 1st gear maintaining a constant speed with the gap to the car in front widening and contracting as they give it full gas then brake, full gas then brake, and then some **** in the lane next to you decides to fill said gap forcing you to brake.

Niice work "main roads Dept".

They have just completed an upgrade on the intersection near home, the one i use every morning to go to work... and of course they have now made it a turn with green arrow only (previously you could wait for a break in the traffic and zip round) so the last two morning have meant ive had to sit there for an extra minute staring at a red arrow and a multitude of turning opportunities because the fvckers dont think we are capable of making decision on how to cross a road.

Thats going to be an extra 4 hours of my life spent at those fvcking lights each year!!!

If you cant turn across traffic without an arrow.. you shouldnt have a licence!

50 mph average speed check on the m62. swear down its more dangerous than just letting everyone go 150mph. you have to sit for 4 or 5 miles constantly staring at your speedo and everyone stays in lane, going bang on 50mph so it becomes so boring sometimes i think maybe going 90 into the car in front would be good just to liven it up a bit. so shit.

lol feeling you on this!

Couple the M62 and the M1 together and you have without doubt the two shittest stretches of motorway in the country.

Noticed today there's even more roadworks on the M1 now, and all it seems that they're doing is putting up fancy new signs which have a big LED display telling you to go 50MPH, or that there's yet more roadworks ahead! Fxcking nightmare
