cjslcfc Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 So the diamond stays and Schlupp in for Konch, Ulloa for Nugent.
ozleicester Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 No place for Knocky and moore still on the bench
elangLCFC Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Konch injured? Seems unlucky to miss out for me, at least some consistency though.
Unabomber Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Like people have been saying he should stop changing the team. Credit where it's due.
DennisNedry Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Happy for Schlupp to be back in at LB and happy that Nugent's been dropped!
ian_marshall Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Think our lack of width could be an issue today.
Mark Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 I guarantee it'll be the same midfield quartet barring any injuries, sounded like Pearson was loving it post match despite no goal threat.
Osavo Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Would have liked to see Powell start, but happy we are at least trying to get some stability in team selections.
ozleicester Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 I can argue.. no Mahrez... no creativity and cut through?
Osavo Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Anyone got the bench? Smith Moore Konchesky Powell Mahrez Nugent Wood
ozleicester Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Anyone got the bench? Schmeichel; De Laet, Wasilewski, Morgan ©, Schlupp; Cambiasso, James, Drinkwater, King; Vardy, Ulloa. Subs: Konchesky, Powell, Moore, Mahrez, Smith, Nugent, Wood.
ian_marshall Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Smith Moore Konchesky Powell Mahrez Nugent Wood Many thanks
Happy Fox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Where is the f**king creativity in the midfield? non existent.
st albans fox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 It worked so well last week didn't it! I cant remember us creating a clear chance (kings header apart) Glad Leo is back - he looked sharp when he can back. Very concerned about this diamond. The players looked lost last week playing it.
ousefox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Wish we'd play with wingers. Sort of team that we'll only get a result if we keep it 0-0 or go 1 up
foxoffderby Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 I guarantee it'll be the same midfield quartet barring any injuries, sounded like Pearson was loving it post match despite no goal threat. how did you get that right?
GingerrrFox Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 The diamond allows us to play 2 up front and not get overran in midfield. The inclusion of Schlupp instead of Konchesky is smart because you need your fullbacks to give the width and be dangerous with pace. I like it. Finally we get a bit of stability in the lineup.
Fox92 Posted 8 November 2014 Posted 8 November 2014 Two up top though. He's answered what we asked for. Still don't like no width though.
