Micah Richards has barely played for Fiorentina this season, no idea what the terms of his loan are but if City want him playing perhaps we could snag him until the end of the season? Someone like Serey Die from Basel who doesn't seem to be getting masses of game time to give us the protection we need would be great too. A back four of : Richards - Wes - Davies - Naughton With Die just infront and a shed load of attacking options would be supoib. It might seem drastic but our defence needs an overhaul or we're down. Wouldn't Die be going to the cup of nations? He's a decent player though.

I've watched Derby a few times this season due to getting cheap tickets at uni. Hughes has looked pretty average in all of those games.

If they want rid he will go on the cheap and with the correct management perhaps we could get the best out of him? I know he is in no way shape or form a Pearson signing so I know he wont sign him. But if you got him playing, a front 3 of mahrez, ulloa and Ben arfa would be terrifying.

No team will want to get rid of players for cheap, not even Newcastle with Ashley in charge and Pearson doesn't strike me as a manager who wants troublemakers or lazy arses in the camp (there's enough examples of players that were given the boot by NP for their lacklustre attitude). Personally, I don't want Ben Arfa anywhere near this team.
