Grewks Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Every week we are coming up against better players, simple. Even the sides around us, with the exception of burnley, have far better players. The likes of sunderland have Johnson, fletcher, wickham, Larsson etc.. West brom? Sessegnon, berahino, Morrison, dorrans. QPR? Austin, Zamora, fer, barton, caulker. We cannot blame pearson for recruitment, we don't even know If he was in charge of it.
Grewks Posted 20 December 2014 Author Posted 20 December 2014 He could start by dropping Paul Konchesky... replace him with... Schlupp? RDL? Every left back in the league is better than those 3.....
Guest Bilo Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Spend like a mad twat ready for next season's promotion push.
EnglishOxide Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Time to move Schluup off the left wing. If he hasn't stepped up to the level of Dyer yet he never will. What's the point of having all that pace if you can't get to the byline and cause some problems.
Kinowe Soorie Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Resign? Don;t know who you are Tuna, but I don;t like you your posts today. Just saying!
Ozwin Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 We need Pemier League players. We are distinctly Championship from back to front.
kingfox Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Resign, sell his daughter for sex, then throw himself into the Thames.
Zed4q Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 We need Pearson for next seasons championship promotion chase!

Russell sprout Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 I think the 'minority' will get the wish befour Christmas with pearson,I think there's nothing he can do till jan but don't think he'll last that long though I hope he does
Iwan is a Welshman Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 Both Burnley and QPR started from a weaker point squad-wise than us and are making a far better crack of it. That argument doesn't wash.

Close thread.
chapero82 Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 We are not good enough and he under estimated how good the premier league is
Kitchandro Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 We are not good enough and he under estimated how good the premier league is He also overestimated how good it was. Had we tried to win matches playing our way instead of hoofing it all the while our weaknesses would not have been exposed nearly as often.
Stadt Posted 20 December 2014 Posted 20 December 2014 But so did all of us? Is he supposed to have the foresight to see that a side that amassed 102 points in the championship would struggle massively unlike all of the other sides that destroyed the championship? Would another manager have made sure Robinson would have signed all if the uninterested targets?

Well, yeah, that's his job. You didn't need much foresight to see the defence would be comically out of their depth. They looked iffy quite often last season.
