Arriba Los Zorros Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 WARNING: this thread is only for people with a lot of time on their hands. Robin JD Popley Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Obviously Leicester are the best club in the world, ipso facto! If I were a glory grabber I'd probably support Arsenal - as I like the way they play the game albeit not at full kilter over the last years. Forest are the team I dislike most, followed by Derby with a distain for Coventry. Sincerely don't like Spurs for some unbeknown reason - probably because of the fact that they remind me of Cockney Wheeler dealers. I remember when Man City and Chelsea were **** pre-money which has ultimately ruined the game I love and who can forget Manchester United. I absolutely detest Fergie and therefore, Manchester United. As for the rest - most clubs I have a lot of time for and admire anyone who, like us support their local club/club with local ties to (bar obviously anyone who supports our friends of nearby places).
Jakemoore Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 I'm on the shitter so I'll write about a few that stand out. LIVERPOOL - always had a soft spot for them. I think it's mainly down to the Hillsborough disaster and the fact that they have a great atmosphere at home (although not so much lately) I'll also never forget when they beat Ac Milan in the champions League final. It's a game that stands out for me. CHARLTON ATHLETIC - they're my local team. I love to wind my mates up about how bang average they are but deep down, I want them to do well. SHREWSBURY TOWN - i've started to have a lot of love for these guys. I'm not too sure why but I hope they get themselves up at the end of this season and in to League 1. WATFORD - I, like many on here, absolutely detest Watford. They're A nothing club who thought they had a right to be premier league when they got a take over. Their fans were so arragont when we played them in the play offs, they discounted us straight away which realky irritated me. I hope they get relegated and fold to be honest. QPR - I hate them with passion. They're an awful club with awful fans and nothing good to talk about. And finally, CRYSTAL PALACE - I can not stand them. I hate their small club thinking they're a big club mentality. I hate their wooden seats. I hate their fans. They're an awful club and their existence winds me up. Plus, they've beaten us quite a lot lately which makes it a whole lot worse.

Arriba Los Zorros Posted 14 January 2015 Author Posted 14 January 2015 OK lets do this: Arsenal - never liked them because a lot of people from where I live (Aylesbury) claim its their 'local' team. As if, it's an hour plus away Aston Villa - used to like, quite a good club. Under Lambert they are awful though Burnley - dislike, always used to beat us and inbred fans. Plus Dyche... Chelsea - used to really like them when they were plucky bridesmaids. Now just a nasty corporate machine. Crystal Palace - small time, fans gave me abuse for wearing LCFC shirt when I lived there. Nice kit though. Everton - never used to like when they played percentages and always just stayed up. Now they're decent Hull City - dislike, esp under Brown but Bruce is OK. Glad we got Pearson. Leicester City - Obviously the best team in the world, period. Liverpool - Girlfriend is from there so have to make an effort to like them but don't really. Manchester City - always liked them as they were a bit of a joke club. Still like them as they have gone about things the right way andplay good football, plus nice kit Manchester United - have no feelings strangely, they get shoved in your face so much I just don't care Newcastle United - Like them, Geordies are a nice bunch. Badly run club though Queens Park Rangers - Hate everything about them and always have. Southampton - My 2nd team. Play great football and have nice fans too. Place is vibrant. Great to see them doing well. Stoke City - Grandad supported them, so have a soft spot. Pulis is a ****, mind. Sunderland - Don't like, properly mediocre club . Swansea City - Nothing not to like about Swansea, hope they can keep up recent success. Tottenham Hotspur - Dislike, arrogant offensive middle-class fans, lots of wasted money. West Bromwich Albion - Dislike, pretty boring and a more efficient version of us. West Ham United - A club with a lot of character - a real club. hate their fans, mind. Birmingham City - Hate them. Horrible little hateful club, nice to see them struggling at their level now. Barnsley - Fan of them. They do well to punch above their weight and actually used to play some good stuff Accrington Stanley - rubbish northen team Blackburn Rovers - Like them because of their kit and they used to have a good team. Venkys have ruined them, I hope they get it back. Bradford City - place is a hole AFC Wimbledon - overrated by many but you have to admire what's been done there Blackpool - . will be nice seeing them go down. Also hate them for Holloway. Bristol City - kind of like them though they are bogey for us Burton Albion - don't like Rowett and their name for some reason Bolton Wanderers - dislike Chesterfield - place seems like dump so dislike Bury - place seems like dump so dislike Bournemouth - Have liked them for a while, especially under Howe. Hope they go up. Colchester United - They're OK. Cambridge United - no opnion Brentford - dislike, although they are a good team these days Coventry City - actually like Cov. They are a club like us, that has a decent history and historically bottom end of PL. It's sad to see what has happened to them. Would like to see them go up. Carlisle United - Little opinion apart from it's a long way away. Brighton & Hove Albion - a pretty average Championship team. Have a tradition of playing good football. Crawley Town - Don't like them but that's mainly because the town is charmless and southern chav ridden dump. Cheltenham Town - Boring, just make up the numbers. Cardiff City - I generally like the Welsh but Cardiff are fairly hateable Crewe Alexandra - Like them for Dario Gradi, their great football and fantastic youth set-up. Dagenham & Redbridge - Hate them. Play terrible football and a horrible soulless part of London. Have no place in the League. Charlton Athletic - always liked them in the PL, still have a soft spot now. Doncaster Rovers - Like Donny, play(ed) good football. It was a shame we relegated them. Exeter City - dislike their kit, so dislike them. Derby County - An unoffensive team really, but one that that I hate with every fibre of my being, being a Fox. Their fans are very condescending. Hate seeing them do well. Fleetwood Town - northern Rubbish Hartlepool United - Boring, just make up the numbers. Fulham - used to love their team with Malbranque, Boa Morte etc. Now, they just seem a soft touch. Gillingham - More like than dislike, know nothing about them. Luton Town - I hate the place, it's a terrible dump, but the team have always seemed OK. Huddersfield Town - no opinion Leyton Orient - no opinion Mansfield Town - Really don't like them and not sure why. Ipswich Town - Big fan of the Tractor Boys. Had great run in the PL, think of them as a proper team, will be nice to see them go up. Milton Keynes Dons - My local team I guess. would like to see them do well for that. Not too bothered about the whole Franchise FC thing. Morecambe - dislike, Northern rubbish, hope they drop out the League. Leeds United - used to like for same reasons as Chelsea. Now I dislike due to their joke running. It's a shame as the city is decent and fans deserve more. Notts County - like but only cos of Forest. Seem a bit of a joke club. Newport County - Who? Middlesbrough - We always beat them and they are a decent outfit. Not much to dislike except the place itself! Oldham Athletic - dislike, even more so because of Ched Evans. Northampton Town - like Northampton. It's a small team which does well to carry on with most people supporting the rugby team. Good coloured kit! Millwall - The biggest scumbags in the league. Horrible team with terrible fans. Throw back to the 80s. Would love to see them go out of existence. Plus they have a good record against us especially at our place which annoys me. Holloway a tool. Peterborough United - they seem to dislike us so I'll reciprocate. Get a lot of media coverage for some reason. Oxford United - Local to me so I like them. Norwich City - Bit fan of Norwich, they just seem a really nice family club, play good football and like their kit. Was sad to see them go down. Port Vale - Always just there. Plymouth Argyle - retards. Nottingham Forest - Want to hate them but just can't as they are so incompetent. their fans are deluded but I just feel sorry for them, how many times can you be let down? Preston North End - Play horrible football, nasty northern dump, like to see them go badly. Only plus is Nugent. Portsmouth - Have an irrational hatred for them, probably stemming back to when they beat us to the Champ / Div 1 title. Overrated fans and everything. Quite pleased they are in the mire. Reading - alright, bit bland. Rochdale - no opinion really. Shrewsbury Town - I quite like them, nice part of the UK. decent kit. Rotherham United - hate them, definition of thick Yorkshire yobs. When they beat us on Boxing days years ago at the Walkers when they were cut adrift at the bottom was a real low supporting City for me. Scunthorpe United - used to dislike, now I like them. Southend United - they're OK, much like Colchester. Sheffield Wednesday - think they're OK but only because I hate United. Sheffield United - Just think they're a horrible, hateful club. Stevenage - Soulless nobodies and shouldn't be in the League. Plus they got there playing Wimbledon style football. You got no fans! Watford - Twatford. so boring as well. Their fans need a rivalry and tried to make one with us, not botherd. Swindon Town - dislike, horrible little place + Di Canio. Tranmere Rovers - Always want them to do well, not sure why. Wigan Athletic - Respect them for the Martinez days. would be a shame if they fade away into obscurity. Walsall - Odd. Wycombe Wanderers - bland bland bland. Wolverhampton Wanderers - Wolves are horrible as a club, a horrible version of us. The most negative fans around. Yeovil Town - Absolutely tinpot, should not even be in the League. York City - Like them but only because a mate supports them, Can;t imagine they will ever finish above 20th place in League 2 as they seem pretty poor.

Mark_w Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Arsenal - Probably have the most irritating glory supporters in my experience. Aston Villa - Massive superiority complex, don't like them. Foolish for wanting O'Neill out, pathetic response to McLeish's appointment even if he isn't a particularly good manager, Leicesterpool can **** off. Hope they go down ASAP. Burnley - Irritating forum, loathsome manager, otherwise inoffensive. Chelsea - Meh. Crystal Palace - Don't particularly care. Everton - Nice enough. Hull City - Delighted to have stolen their manager, delighted that it's pissed them off so much. Otherwise don't really care. Leicester City - Good manager, I'm warming to the fans this season having disliked them for some time. Have provided a lot of exciting moments in the decade I've really properly supported the club (or at least Nigel Pearson has), overall I'm not too disappointed to have been born here and as a result support the club. Liverpool - I thought I quite liked them, and that my problem was just with Luis Suarez. However Suarez has left and it turns out I just don't like them. Manchester City - Probably my second favourite team on the list, forced to contend with shit for years, and having to deal with the frankly evil Manchester United, and now they're getting revenge. Well done Man City, not got a problem with their use of money to destroy the status quo. One of many teams I like because I dislike their rivals. Manchester United - Frankly evil. Newcastle United - A bit like Aston Villa, but slightly more likeable. Queens Park Rangers - Yuck. Southampton - Nice enough club, I'm a tad jealous. Stoke City - Meh. Sunderland - Appreciate their celebrations on Agueroooooooooo day, otherwise don't care. Swansea City - Wales is pretty, Swansea are okay. Tottenham Hotspur - Don't care. West Bromwich Albion - Boring. West Ham United - Don't care. Birmingham City - Don't care. Barnsley - Don't care. Accrington Stanley - Don't care. Blackburn Rovers - Don't care. Bradford City - Don't care. AFC Wimbledon - Don't care. Blackpool - Yuck. Bristol City - Yuck OTIB. Burton Albion - Wouldn't mind them doing well, but don't really care. Bolton Wanderers - Don't like, don't know why. Chesterfield - Don't care. Bury - Don't care. Bournemouth - Eddie Howe is doing a great job and I'd like to see them come up as Champions. Colchester United - Don't care. Cambridge United - Don't care. Brentford - Don't care. Coventry City - Feel a bit sorry for them. Carlisle United - Don't care. Brighton & Hove Albion - Got a bit of a soft spot for them after our Micky Adams promotion confirmation against them. And I'd like to thank them for giving us Ulloa. But don't like them as much as I once did. Crawley Town - Don't care. Cheltenham Town - Quite like them. Cardiff City - Again another club I feel sorry for. Crewe Alexandra - Don't care. Dagenham & Redbridge - Don't care. Charlton Athletic - Don't care. Doncaster Rovers - They were great on the final day and I'm a big fan of Paul Dickov, wish them all the best. Exeter City - Don't care. Derby County - Like them more than Forest or Coventry, but don't really care about them. Very forgettable. Fleetwood Town - Thanks for Jamie. Hartlepool United - Don't care. Fulham - Loathe them with a passion, horrible club, back to back relegations please. Gillingham - Don't care. Luton Town - Don't care. Huddersfield Town - Quite like them for reasons unknown. Leyton Orient - Again quite like them for reasons unknown. Mansfield Town - Don't care. Ipswich Town - Dislike them. Milton Keynes Dons - I really don't give two shits about whether they should exist or not, sorry Wimbledon it was worth it for the Gradel free-kick. Morecambe - Don't care. Leeds United - Actively dislike them, but a tiny bit jealous as well. Biggest superiority complex in the football league. Notts County - See Burton. Newport County - Meh. Middlesbrough - Meh. Oldham Athletic - Another club I once liked, don't anymore. Northampton Town - Don't care. Millwall - Only club that I wouldn't feel sorry for if they went out of business. Absolutely loathsome with no redeeming qualities at all, if they could cease to exist that would be great. Peterborough United - Quite like them to be honest. I like their approach, if I could pick somewhere to have been born and support that club, then they'd be high up on the list. Oxford United - Don't care. Norwich City - Don't care. But leaning towards liking them because they're not Ipswich. Port Vale - Don't care. Plymouth Argyle - Don't care. Nottingham Forest - Another superiority complex, I don't like Brian Clough which probably doesn't help as that's basically all they've got. Preston North End - Don't care but leaning towards dislike. Portsmouth - They're okay. Reading - Don't care. Rochdale - Don't care. Shrewsbury Town - I'd like them if watching us play them in the cup match and the last friendly wasn't such an intolerable experience. Rotherham United - Like them for reasons unknown. Scunthorpe United - Don't care. Southend United - Don't care. Sheffield Wednesday - Like them for not being Sheffield United. Sheffield United - Hate them, vile club, associate them with Neil Warnock. Rot in League One please. Stevenage - Don't care. Watford - DEEENNNEEEYYYY! Find them quite funny now, last season was very amusing. Swindon Town - Don't care. Tranmere Rovers - Like them for reasons unknown. Wigan Athletic - Love Waghorn, didn't give a shit about Wigan until they hired a racist as manager and Dave Whelan made it clear that he's a complete moron. Relegation please with Waggy getting a move to a more tolerable club. Walsall - Like them, it's possibly a Fryatt thing. Wycombe Wanderers - The direct cause of all our problems. Wolverhampton Wanderers - Meh. Yeovil Town - Meh. York City - Meh.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 I don't really have strong opinions in terms of liking or disliking so I'm just going to say what comes into my head. It's either that or I go into town to buy some cotton buds for the Missus. Arsenal - Played about the best football I've ever seen when Wenger first took over. Now intrigued by their perpetual 2 steps forward, 2 steps back existence Aston Villa - Liked the colours when I was a kid Burnley - Enjoyed going to the ground Chelsea - Easy to forget how they used to be shit Crystal Palace - Our games against them are often terrible (usually for us). Fond memories of FA cup exploits in...early 90s? Everton - Liked the ground, know some nice Evertonians Hull City - Always nice to see a club that was shit for years do well for a bit Leicester City - My relationship with it isn't what it was, but can still make me feel great on a good day Liverpool - Can just about remember when they were all conquering Manchester City - Now massively successful but have no real sense of their identity Manchester United - No problem with the club or its staff, but fans a bit odd generally, as fans that choose their club on grounds of perceived success usually are Newcastle United - Fond memories of ridiculous Keegan era. Doesn't give the impression of being a fun club to support in recent times Queens Park Rangers - Always make me think of Les Ferdinand, and that midfielder that smoked. Alan Mcdonald, was it? Southampton - Nearly completed full team in Panini 79(?) book. Current record in light of upheaval over summer bordering on miraculous Stoke City - Nigel Gleghorn. Aside from playoff semi joy, memories of many dreadful matches, over excitable fans. Driven through Stoke on many occasions, never stopped Sunderland - Dull, far away Swansea City - See Hull City Tottenham Hotspur - Sections of fans have possibly greatest sense of entitlement in football West Bromwich Albion - Adrian Chiles - 'A Toby jug overflowing with hot piss' West Ham United - Same colours as Villa, but in my infant mind a less attractive option. Early fear of Cockneys? Sense of entitlement not as acute as Spurs fans Birmingham City - Of no consequence, fan base made up of aggressive, barely sentient panel beaters. My in laws' team Barnsley - Nice day out Accrington Stanley - Milk advert Blackburn Rovers - Was always suspicious of quartered kits. Pre cash injection days, in my head dullest club on planet Bradford City - Benito Carbone, Stuart McCall, terrible fire AFC Wimbledon - No, sorry, nothing Blackpool - Took long time to realise Blackpool had a football club Bristol City - In Bristol Burton Albion - Nigel Clough manager for 63 years Bolton Wanderers - 5-0 opening day game. Found their way a few years ago, now lost it again Chesterfield - Spireites! Old ground scene of most entertaining football hooliganism I have ever witnessed Bury - Good Fall song, but nothing else Bournemouth - Another of those places I hadn't noticed had a football club until quite late in life Colchester United - Don't even know where Colchester is Cambridge United - Play off semi final. John Beck's a nutter Brentford - Always liked bees. Closest club to my friend's in London. They couldn't give a shit Coventry City - Hypnotic car crash of fall from grace. Grey green 'beef'burger at Highfield Road. Bernie berating kiosk staff whilst everyone else watching game Carlisle United - Don't even know what colours they play in Brighton & Hove Albion - Cracking day out couple of seasons ago. Most un-football club like football club I've visited Crawley Town - Nothing Cheltenham Town - Nothing Cardiff City - Horrible aggresive fans formerly egged on by Sam Hammam. Now owned by colourful madcap bond villain. Far more entertaining as a result Crewe Alexandra - Dario Gradi. Weird place. Trains. Dagenham & Redbridge - Dagenham Dave, Dagenham Dave Charlton Athletic - Always seemed boring. Quite liked Curbishley though Doncaster Rovers - Richie Wellens, who I always had a (partly) irrational dislike of Exeter City - Nothing Derby County - I know three proper Rams fans, two who are as sound as a pound, the other a complete clown. Probably same ratio as other clubs Fleetwood Town - Nothing Hartlepool United - Monkey mayor. Nothing else Fulham - Liked the ground. Bit more humble than other 'big' London clubs, thank god Gillingham - I'd completely forgotten about them Luton Town - Nothing good ever came out of Bedfordshire Huddersfield Town - Very, very little Leyton Orient - Most obscure ground (in my head) I've ever been to. Had a lovely time Mansfield Town - Know nothing about football team. Town always associated in my mind with murders, and that swimmer that everyone was cruel to Ipswich Town - Fisons Milton Keynes Dons - Maximus Gradel Morecambe - I imagine it's windy, but have no proof Leeds United - Top Man. Gordon Strachan. Suicidal Financial Management. Feeling of always wanting them to do badly only just starting to lift Notts County - Derek Pavis Newport County - No, sorry Middlesbrough - The signing of superstars in the late 90s was not enough to stop me thinking they were boring or be good enough to beat City when it mattered Oldham Athletic - Ian Marshall. Andy Ritchie. Northampton Town - You'd think I'd have more sense of them, just being down the road and all that Millwall - Quite fancied slightly tubby fan at barbecue in London, put off by her confusing denial of Millwall supporters having any reputation for piss poor attitude and behaviour. Wasn't being funny, just genuinely unaware Peterborough United - Boring journey, worst hotdog in history of world. Literally eating last crumbs of bread roll in effort to draw sustenance - none in hotdog itself Oxford United - Tony James! Only ever known one fan, face like Bassett hound, but sadder Norwich City - Jeremy Goss. Came third in top division in living memory. Can you imagine that? Port Vale - Is it actually a place? Never bothered to find out Plymouth Argyle - Too far away to concern myself with. Green Nottingham Forest - Enormous fun with opposition fans over the years away from grounds usually spoiled at actual games by people turning pink with confused rage (often fellow supporters) Preston North End - I have a possibly false memory that I went to an away game there. If I did, nothing stuck in my mind Portsmouth - Have friend that supports them and looks like Ray Purchase Reading - Used to play exciting football at one stage. Bit boring now Rochdale - Nothing Shrewsbury Town - Shrewsbury's lovely, know nothing about the football club Rotherham United - Mark Robins. It always looked like a bleak place from a distance. Nothing that's happened there recently has changed that perception Scunthorpe United - Not much Southend United - Never wanted to go, still don't Sheffield Wednesday - One of those clubs that you can remember being there or thereabouts when you were younger but cannot imagine being any good ever again Sheffield United - Used to go and watch them when I was at university, and they were in Premier league but haplessly terrible. Only a casual association but ended up caring for them a bit. Neil Warnock sorted that out though Stevenage - The only person I know that supports them has remarkable breasts Watford - Still think about Elton John rather than THAT play off semi final Swindon Town - Makes me think of the bloke I know that is a massive fan for no reason at all. Glenn Hoddle. Paul Bodin Tranmere Rovers - My first ever game. Rooster! Wigan Athletic - Best football I've seen outside the top flight when they went up a few years ago Walsall - No Wycombe Wanderers - Steve Guppy. Semi final disappointment and the beginning of the end Wolverhampton Wanderers - Horrible mucky yellow orange. That bleeding 4-3. Steve Bull. Game at Molineux only one I've ever left early Yeovil Town - Stayed in Travelodge nearby. Didn't go to Yeovil York City - Know nothing about them but have positive image in mind. Historic giant killings in cup, maybe? I don't f***** know
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Love Leicester Super Hate red scum Hate Stoke Rest are meh
Bamba's Babes Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 First thing that comes to mind when I think of these teams is: Arsenal - Wenger. Aston Villa - Empty seats. Carlisle United - Graham Kavanagh, decent when we were in L1 Brighton & Hove Albion - New Stadium. Hate them Crawley Town - Love the name Cheltenham Town - Horse racing Cardiff City - Eurgh. Crewe Alexandra - Dario Gradi. Dagenham & Redbridge - London Charlton Athletic - Chris Powell Doncaster Rovers - Horrible stadium. Exeter City - Kit. Derby County - Boring Fleetwood Town - Trying to buy promotion Hartlepool United - Jeff Stelling Fulham - I Like their ground Gillingham - Makes think of Peter Taylor Luton Town - Mike Newell Huddersfield Town - Stadium. Leyton Orient - Barry Hearne Mansfield Town - Yellow kit. Ipswich Town - Big Mick. Milton Keynes Dons - Black seats. Morecambe - Only fools and horses. Leeds United - Unhappy faces. Notts County - Tradition. Newport County - Forgot they exist. Middlesbrough - Empty stadium. Oldham Athletic - Ched Evans. Northampton Town - Coventry. Millwall - Hard men. Peterborough United - Pity. Oxford United - Cambridge. Norwich City - Irrelevant. Port Vale - Micky Adams. Plymouth Argyle - Satisfaction. Fox92 Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Not to bothered really. Hate Sheffield Wednesday (due to where I'm from/grew up) but I wouldn't want them to disappear or anything. Like a few clubs - always liked Everton and Liverpool - but I'd never want them to finish above or beat Leicester.
Kitchandro Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 I'm someone who could have an opinion on anything if I had to. So here goes...Arsenal - Upper class nerds. Generally know bugger all about football Aston Villa - The most miserable bunch of pikeys around. Moaned when MON had them in the top 6! Burnley - obviously think they're small time little turds with a chip on their shoulder. Chelsea - Scum. The biggest stain on English football. From top to bottom, just a horrible, disgusting club. Genuinely would love it if they went out of business. Crystal Palace - Nice kit, good old fashioned ground. But the fans are annoying Londoners who think they're the dogs bollocks because of a few foreign chants. Everton - Quite like them actually. Beaut ground, likeable manager. Never had an issue with their fans. Hull City - Boring League 1 sized club with fans who hate us because our manager likes us better. Not keen on their fans who should have boycotted when the owner insulted them so disgracefully. Leicester City - Cracking club, obv. Frustrating underachievers. Liverpool - Prefer them to Man Utd but they can be right whiny little bitches at times. Banging on about Hillsborough, especially when talking about safe standing, is very off putting. Have some scummy fans. Manchester City - Got a bit of time for them. Loyal fans who have had the shitty end of the stick for a while, enemies of Man Utd which is a good thing. Manchester United - Hugely arrogant a-holes in general. And then the fake fans are annoying too. Hate Rooney. Newcastle United - Very big club that has underachieved for ages but their fans don't half make you feel no sympathy for them. Nothing is ever good enough for those arrogant geordies. Queens Park Rangers - Another bunch of cockneys who think they're amazing when in reality they're a small club with no fans. Rimmed by the media, especially cos of that nob Redknapp, which pisses me off. Southampton - As red and white stripes go, I've always felt they don't do as nice kits as others. Stoke City - Horrible pikeys who have outstayed their welcome in the top flight. Oh, and Banks is OUR legend, not yours. Sunderland - They're ok. Like us and Newcastle they're always underachieving for such a big fanbase. When they're away at the Geordies though they need to start wearing their away kit cos it's confusing otherwise. Swansea City - Too small for the Prem, fed up with them. Tottenham Hotspur - Better vocally than a lot of other London clubs but just as in their own arrogant world. Harry Kane is a boyhood fan so that's enough to make me think they're cvnts. West Bromwich Albion - I like Frank Skinner. But I don't like Adrian Chiles. West Ham United - 'Wist Aaaam. Wist Aaaaam. Wist Aam wan the weld cap' . Fvck off. Birmingham City - Even bigger pikeys than Villa. Shite support. Barnsley - Love me a bit of Barnsley. Oakwell's a nice little ground. Accrington Stanley - Who are they? Oh them. Like. Blackburn Rovers - SThick Northerners who think they're massive when in reality their support says mid table championship. Bradford City - Great ground, nice kit. Too big to not be in the Championship. AFC Wimbledon - Respect for them coming back up through the leagues. Plus they've got Akinfenwa. Blackpool - See Burnley. Bristol City - See Blackpool. 'Me babbers!' Burton Albion - Borderline Derby scum. Bolton Wanderers - Really, really boring club with a ground to match (ugly as fvck as well) Oh, and Wortho's OUR legend, not yours. Chesterfield - Nice name. And nickname. Bury - Got to love that old light blue and chocolate kit. Bournemouth - Eddie Howe is cool. Colchester United - Probably the most boring club in the whole league. Cambridge United - Dublin, Claridge. 5-1. What's not to like? Brentford - Natalie Sawyer. yum. Coventry City - Chavvy scum, belong where they are. Awful support. Carlisle United - My driving instructor supported Carlisle, and he was a nice bloke. Their ground is good. Brighton & Hove Albion - Where have all these fans come from? Very plastic. Crawley Town - They beat Derby in the cup so they're ok. Cheltenham Town - Love Cheltenham races so I like the team too. Cardiff City - Sell out w*nkers. No respect for them whatsoever. Didn't like them anyway after the play-off semi. Cheats! Crewe Alexandra - Great day out in 2009 - like. Gave us Savage and Lennon. Which is cool. Dagenham & Redbridge - Would happily see them relegated rather than other clubs at the bottom of league 2. Soz. The Daggers is a good nickname though Charlton Athletic - I quite liked them until Lamby. Then Kermorgant went to them too. Not so likeable now. Doncaster Rovers - Boring. Exeter City - Even more boring. Derby County - Scum Fleetwood Town - Gave us Vardy that's good enough for me. Hartlepool United - Poor Jeff. Fulham - Small London club who filled their ground full of rich Harrods shoppers in the Prem. Gillingham - I like their ground Luton Town - Glad to see them back in the league. Huddersfield Town - Never minded them but I like them after the trip their last season. Quality day. Leyton Orient - Letting me down big time this season. I've got £200 riding on them getting promoted Mansfield Town - Borderline Nottingham scum Ipswich Town - How on earth have they won more than us? They're ok but come on. Milton Keynes Dons - Should not be in the league. Morecambe - Really want them to get relegated to the conference for some reason. Leeds United - Very, very annoying fanbase. Even more arrogant than the geordies. Live in the past. Notts County - Enemies of Forest, plus they once had the nicest kit ever. Like. Right, my lunch is over, I'll do the rest later. Ok welcome to later. Newport County - They've not done much for me since I realised they existed. Middlesbrough - Don't hate them as such but Christ they are boring. Their ground is always so empty. Oldham Athletic - Quite like them for some reason. Marshall had a great perm-mullet when he played for them, maybe that's why. Northampton Town - Nice kit, yeh I''m on board with them. Millwall - Fans are embarrassing and the club even more so for constantly pretending they've 'worked hard to change the reputation of the club'. Peterborough United - They wish they were us but don't like us, so they can fvck off. Only good thing about them was their away terrace, now that's gone. Oxford United - Yellow and blue, nice. Had a cracking retro number in the 90s. Norwich City - Nice kit, check. Nice ground, check. Lets be avin' you, check. That's good enough for me. Port Vale - What a good name for a club that is. Very original. Like their ground too. Plymouth Argyle - Not a fan of green, or the accents. They think they're massive I hear as well. Nottingham Forest - I'll try and keep this clean....cvnts! Preston North End - I found them sooooo boring in the Championship but now they're in league one and we're in the prem I find myself rooting for them. Portsmouth - Scraggy little arseholes who I wouldn't miss if they did disappear. People talk about them like they're a huge club which is just stupid. Reading - Pointless. Reading's the sort of place that shouldn't really have a football club. They are just not football people. Rochdale - They had some funky kits in the 90s too I seem to remember. And I heard they went about 30 years without going up or down. Exciting! Shrewsbury Town - Can only every think about the 5-2 with them. I suppose that makes them ok. Rotherham United - I have a thing for little Yorkshire clubs. The little engines that could. Scunthorpe United - My uncle used to play for their reserves when I was young so I've always had a soft spot for them. Southend United - Roots Hall is a great name for a ground. Sheffield Wednesday - Love their ground and kit. It's a yes from me. Sheffield United - See Sheffield Wednesday. They have a stupid anthem though. Stevenage - Their kit always reminds me of something I''d have worn in the U-8s. So I suppose that makes them relatable. Watford - Pathetic club. Swindon Town - Ruined the greatest comeback of all time. Fvck them and their diving. Tranmere Rovers - Can't think about Tranmere without thinking about Wembley. Hope they stay up. Wigan Athletic - They were likeable in a way for staying up year after year in the prem but part of me will always be bitter we went through so much shit at the same time. Oh, and they won the FA cup, and we haven't. Some clubs get all the luck. Walsall - Ooh yes I do love me a bit of Walsall. Nice little ground. Wycombe Wanderers - Fvck them cvnts and that *%£* who shall not be named. Wolverhampton Wanderers - Horrible colour for a kit and some fat twat thought they were bigger than us once, which is laughable. Yeovil Town - They're like Celtic; but English and without the scummy element, religious issues, trophies, a decent stadium and fanbase. Legends. York City - Nice kit and ground.
Dan Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Will do Premier League for now. Arsenal - Frustrating club. Aston Villa - Club on its arse. Can't say I'm fond. Burnley - Tedious, but respectable. Chelsea - Excellent manager and team, awful owner who typifies so much wrong with the game today. Crystal Palace - Soft spot for them. Never really seen anyone's problem with them. Everton - Some tedious fans but a pretty good club overall. Hull City - Never been keen on Hull, nothing endears me to them. The Pearson business sticks with me too. Leicester City - The Leicester City of today I would probably have a soft spot for even if I didn't support us and I mean that. Owners have grown on me a lot, manager takes no crap, very determined players with a bright future. Liverpool - Got a bit of respect for them but some of their fans are unbearable. Manchester City - Dullest of the so called top clubs by far. Manchester United - There's a lot to dislike but there's something about them I like which I can't put my finger on. Newcastle United - Depressing club at the minute. Queens Park Rangers - Awful, awful club who resemble a lot wrong with the modern game. Southampton - Opposite of QPR. Similar to us in size. Inoffensive club who are easy to like. Stoke City - I have a bit of respect for them but that's when I forget that their fans are mutants. Sunderland - Overshadowed by their rivals which is a shame. They're bigger than they get credit for. Swansea City - Similar to Southampton. The model club to follow as a lower league side. They won't go down for years. Tottenham Hotspur - Frustrating club. Never seem to be as good as I think they could be. West Bromwich Albion - Nondescript but pretty inoffensive. West Ham United - Mixed bag. Too many wannabe Danny Dyer fans.
fuchsntf Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 For me its easy, I have 2 teams I support. LEICESTER N Dortmund. Watch with interest, Mansfield, Posh, Colchester, Burnley.West.ham, Chelsea.Willhelm II.R.Madrid. Closely follow, Wolves , Spurs, Newc, Sundnd.W.Bremen,Freiburg, Std.Liege.America (mexico). No team I dislike, waste of energy!!! Enjoy watching football and other teams around the world. Liverpool, I used to enjoy their ethic and Football, no interest in last6-10 years but no dislike. Arsenal, I did hate them once, when a kid, then nothing, but Wenger's teams was a sort of a love/hate feeling. Everton, always had a soft spot, since the Alan Ball, etc from 70s years. my only 2nd team in PL.
bovril Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Mostly meh, I reserve special hatred for Liverpool and Chelsea and generally dislike any of the top 5 or 6 who are mostly followed by pastic armchair wankers. Also West Ham, arrogant wankers who have won very little. I quite like Burnley. Also soft spots for Wycombe, Colchester, Southend. Ipswich fans are usually very pleasant. Not from Leicestershire so couldn't really care less about Derby or Cov although Forest's continuous misfortunes are amusing. Hate Norwich, having grown up in Norfolk.
Guest MattP Posted 14 January 2015 Posted 14 January 2015 Arsenal - Probably my fave PL club, the last club to win the league title totally fairly and not either on borrowed money or being funded by an oligarch. Play the game the right way. Aston Villa - Awful team and fans, love the ground though. Burnley - Punching above their weight, would be likeable if it wasn't for croaky's moaning. Chelsea - Everything that is wrong with the game today - too much money, buy up young talent to loan out and have a manager who can never admit he has done a single thing wrong. Worst loser in football. Crystal Palace - Like em - hope Pardew does well there as he was treated like shit by Toon fans. Everton - For Scousers, they are ok. Hull City - Sooner they are back in the lower leagues the better, respect their fans though for standing upto Allam in the way Cardiff fans didn't. Leicester City - Got some things wrong but have rectified them, was critical of owners debt splurge early doors but completely redeemed with their support of our current manager through tough times. Wish we could fcuk off the dickhead fans though who moan non stop. Liverpool - Always the victims, it's never their fault - Horrible club, refuse to ever take responsibility for anything and think the World owes them a favour. Manchester City - Meh, you bought a couple of leagues, well done. Soul ripped out of the club that was at Maine Road. Manchester United - Fans are the biggest tossers in the World, recent spending is rendering them no better than Man City or Chelsea, unbearable. Newcastle United - Delusion everywhere, top ten in the PL and they thought it was such a disgrace the manager had to go, might just realise the grass isn't always greener in the next few years. Queens Park Rangers - Probably the most dislikable club in the division, clueless chairman, hopeless manager and a retirement home for old has beens who need even more money to add to their millions. Southampton - A club doing it the right way, great youth system, great style of play and very likeable. Stoke City - Trying to play football now but we know the thuggery is there, bringing Hughes in was like teaching Tyson to jab before savaging his opponent. Sunderland - Seem a decent bunch, never cause much aggro and far more realistic than their rivals. Swansea City - Good model but they are Welsh so I'm not giving them too much credit. Tottenham Hotspur - Just one of those 5th-8th meh clubs now, not going to the CL anytime soon, not being relegated, must be boring being a Spurs fan. West Bromwich Albion - Love the Hawthorns, fans are ok. I like them. West Ham United - Fans are worse than anyones for moaning, 'The West Ham way' - what even is that? Means nothing. I have a soft spot for Newport (despite being Welsh) as well as a close mate goes virtually every week to watch them.
