I just eat my vegetables and drink my drinks, seems steep for a blender.

Don't go overboard on the ginger.    I find Beetroot makes it very dry.

Freak.  You belong in UKIP.  Be off with you.

lol

My Grandad is actually the same and will be 86 soon.

What's healthy this year will be unhealthy next year and vice versa - I already got that worked out. The key to a good long life seems to be being happy and active to me.

I don't think eating a natural, healthy, non-processed-crap diet has ever been some kind of fad, or unhealthy.

Meat in the main. Have it every day at least twice. Main meal at night will usually consist of either a Steak, Lamb Shank, Beef Fillet, Fish, Chicken, Gammon, Pork or Lamb Chops etc along with some eggs, potatoes (actually counts as veg I suppose) or other sort of chips. Yorkshires an option, as are beans with Pork or Chicken etc. I've never gone hungry put it that way. Love an English breakfast but have cut that down to 2-3 times a week and have cereal on the other days.

Anything can go into sandwiches obviously. Eat far too many crisps and chocolate as well, should weight in at about 22 stone really considering how much I put away.

I've tried veg but I don't like it, carrots, peas etc - I just found disgusting, the only thing I have found slightly ok is broccoli.
