The lights will be on, bunting will be swinging in a cold breeze that moves through the fallen silent room. Stringer will be stood mouth open in silent disbelief as his party hat slides over his face and kazoo hangs Limp, balancing on his dried lower lip. Champagne glasses fizz gently in the background, abandoned, mocking the soured celebration. In the street outside laughing can be heard bouncing of the walls of the narrow streets, rising out of this laughter, a resurrection yet a familier voice and single phrase echoes and slowly fills the office, 'balloon heads'.
